Management is terrible and abuse their workers i have called hr numerous of times and have currently two active investigations on this store!!! Plus they judge customers and talk about them this is very unprofessional do better

Said the restroom was closed. They have signs on the doors saying to ask for the code. She didn’t give me a code. ATM doesn’t have cash, either.

Their bathrooms are locked, so it was very inconvenient for me to go ask an employee to go open it for me when I really needed to go! Plus, they only had 1 cashier checking out everyone, and there was a long line to make my purchase. I had to wait a long time to check out. So I won’t be returning to Walgreens anymore.

Someone lazy is working inside . Keep cancelling my online pickup order saying items unavailable but then I go inside to grab them myself, they are still in the shelf. WALGREENS HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES.

When did Walgreens go so far downhill. I called about the availability of a medication. The pharmacy said they didn’t have it in stock. I asked if they could check inventory nearby. The response: “I’m going to say no because I don’t do that for anyone else”.
I spoke to a family member who works at Walgreens in another state. They said Walgreen’s does have a database that allows them to check store inventory. It seems like the lazy team at this location simply doesn’t want to help out. Very disappointing.

I ordered from here on Uber Eats and they were almost out of everything I wanted except the water?♂️. And then I asked for a replacement on the app but I guess the delivery partner didn’t see it and just marked it as an x for a refund instead of getting the replacement.

For a pharmacy that is 24hrs, horrible response time. Waited in line for over an hour,. Horrible customer service and I would never go to this location for any medication pickup , horrible
