typical Walgreens location now with everything locked behind plexiglass. A bit annoying but I guess it’s the new norm. As usual, it appeared to be only one or maybe two people working the entire store so things were a bit slow.

I just had a very horrible experience at this Walgreens in the pharmacy by the pharmacy tech & the pharmacist on duty. I was denied my mother's medication which was a narcotic because of some pick up rule that I just heard of today and they have NOT been enforcing it which I know because we frequent this pharmacy monthly ,sometimes weekly. I am legally my mom's caregiver, her POA & POM. and yes I'm on her paperwork even at this pharmacy. They talk to & treated me like a was a pet & like I was mentally challenged I will be calling corporate as well. This rule they just decided to enforce on me tonight is not Enforeed anywhere else like that or here . The pharmacy tech was bei.g racists and that's unacceptable & I will be pressing the issue

My doctor prescribed a freestyle libra glacuse monitor, which consists of a reader and a sensor. When I went to pick it up, they told me that the reader is out of stock and they should have it in a couple of days. I paid full price, and after calling multiple times for two weeks, they finally told me that they would not have the reader anytime soon. I told them that since they can't give me what i paid for, I should return the sensor to refund my money. They told me that they couldn't take medication back since it is a policy. To sum up, they lied to me to me and sold me an incomplete system. I tried to talk to anybody, but they did not give a darn. You should not trust your well-being to people like that. Scum of the earth. I will get my money back through my CC company, but stay away from this place.

I was notified on Friday Night that I needed to print some documents for an event that was scheduled the next day early in the morning. My home printer betrayed me. I took a chance and came to walgreens. Nadir was very kind and patient. Even though it was really late and almost time to close, he showed me how to upload my files. He stayed beyond the time of close, took care of everything, and got them printed. 5 stars from me.

Needed a last-minute set of passport photos. David and female front-end staff member (im sorry i missed her name) to the rescue! Very pleasant, very attentive all while the city was under a winter weather warning and impending ice storm. (That's a big deal for Dallas.) These two exemplified customer service.

The service at this Walgreens was possibly the worst, especially for a vaccine appointment. Arrived early, but the pharmacist, swamped with consultations, only accommodated walk-ins. Inquiring about vaccine availability, I received an uncertain response due to their busy schedule, without an estimated time. The advice given was to wait, treating it more like a doctor's visit. Spent 15 more minutes to put the insurance on. They just wasted my 45 minutes of time.It seems the pharmacist is inexperienced and unsure about administering a shot. I observed significant blood and discomfort during the process.It’s a no go place until it’s needed.

Do not use their online delivery service. Awful communication. 12 days without medication and they still have not got things correct. I had to go to the ER because they failed miserably. I tracked all the doctors records and Walgreens made numerous mistakes while trying to blame it on others. But they had all they needed and if they were confused. They could have called at any time in the 12 days for clarification and they did not.

5 stars !! Everybody on that shift tonight gave great customer service and had no problem helping me . I wasn’t asked to do a review I just wanted to because it’s so rare to be that satisfied in stores these days. Thank you to the WHOLE team tonight I hope y’all get a RAISE!

Possibly the worst service, cashier spent all her time with one customer while ignoring a whole line forming because none us looked the same was her and the customer she was helping and the lazy manager just hid in the back until he heard voices getting louder, no sorry or anything. Shows if you don’t look or talk the same as the people that work there you will get the same terrible service.

You can do a drive through for your medication. It is will chair accessible. It's a drugstore, so nothing is cheap in there.
But is clean very friendly. You can get your photos printed there.

Convenient location and hours, ample parking, items -- like an eye ointment not readily available at other pharmacies. Pleasant for browsing if your looking for items ranging from sunglasses to cover eye glasses to greeting cards and seasonal candy.
