I called ahead to see if the pharmacy would still be open since I was cutting it close to closing time. They said as long as I was there before 6pm I could still pick up my prescription.
Got there at 5:59pm, sure enough the gate was already completely closed down.
Could have at least been honest about closing early, instead of me wasting 20min driving.
Guess I will be try again tomorrow.

Went to buy flour & after checking date flour expired 10 months ago! Told the cashier and he didn’t care. This store is filled with all kinds of expired food; beverages as well! Customer service is very poor as well.

Worst Walgreens in my experience. Their photo service is a joke. Never respond and always ( 3 times) had to cancel and print at a different location. The only reason for the 3 attempts was its proximity. The people who answer the calls are who we would call as worst trained customer service representative ( esp whoever was working the shift from 8.30 onwards till 12:30 noon may 11 2025), snappy, non apologetic & rude.

Please call and come before if you want to come for clicking passport photos. It is not functional all the time.

i literally called to see if they have my prescription in stock at 2:30 in the afternoon. The older lady put me on hold and then i was on hold so long it rang back to another person in the pharmacy. after holding for a simple ? for 14 minutes - They hung up on me. this is a recurring issue with this location. I try to use u but CVS as bad as they are EXCEED this type of service

Staff need to learn how to speak on phone and manners to behave with customer, or they will end up closing shops like other pharmacy chains.

NOT for PHOTO services.
The person who handed over the photos is rude so is the store manager. When we point the bad quality of picture, they asked us to go elsewhere. Never coming back here. And I would advise not to go to this location for photos.

Generally receive very good and timely service from the pharmacy. Special shout out to Jade today as she found me a coupon, without any prompting from me, to attach to my refill prescription which resulted in a significant cost savings over what my insured cost would of been! Thank you Jade!

Very bad customer service i received today. Lady refused to ring up my items due to another line which there was a cashier taking care of that line, so i had to get in that line while she ring up another person from that line, omg. Didn’t make any sense, hire people that have common sense & customer service skills.

Showed up JAN 6 2024 2pm for a rapid COVID test, was told they were out of stock because I signed up for the COVID/ FLU. I worked as a pharmacy technician at a Walgreens in NY last year. My store would call and inform the patient of the shortage or offer an alternative option. The help was almost non existent here and the pharmacist on duty was never made aware. I just went home. Last time I’ll visit the store
