After a long flight I stopped at this location to get the things I needed for my hotel. I ran across this awesome deal for and iPad cover so I grabbed it. While going through the self check out line I ask the manager to do a price. Check the tag read 29.88 it was ringing up at 39.45 she was completely disengaged to the point I had to ask her to at least look at me when I was speaking with her. She shut me down saying all her boss would allow is 10% off. So I asked her to go get her boss. So when Sara approached me she immediately walked up and said. "I'm a tell you right now we are not going to honor that price". Now you tell me,those who work in customer service. The appropriate thing would have been to do? There were only 4 that were left on the shelf, and all four werein the wrong place. Sara and Dani both need to be sent back to training especially considering they are apart of upper management. Stop spending your money at places that don't care how they treat you.
