Worst Walmart I’ve been to. I needed assistance to get something locked behind a case in the outdoors department. In the span of 1hr and 15mins, I spoke to 4 employees, the customer service desk, and I even called twice yet still walked out of that store without getting the assistance I needed. Seriously, over an hour to not even get what I went in for. Complete waste of my time and I will no longer give this Walmart my business.

Do not buy online from this store. Purchased a new tv online and it came as an obviously open box that did not work! Then the return code generated would not work at the store to return. What a disaster! Would like to give zero stars.

Absolute dump!...everything is LOCKED UP!...you know when your in a bad area when they gotta lock up 30% of the store. Employee's hate their job...why?...by the way the interact with customers...so painfully obvious...went to TARGET intstead

James, the short white guy, was right to warn me of a spill, but the way he did it was wrong. Shouting at me and asking me if I needed help when I was dumbfounded on his tone + attitude was not Walmart is all about. I should not dreading going to that store because attendants' behavior. Management must address such uncouth experiences

They have these chairs at a price in the application and when you go to pay they do not respect the prices. I don't see the logic in your way of working if you publish a price that respects it.

Don’t bother putting an appointment for an oil change. Had a 5 o clock appointment and got there about 4:50 and I didn’t even get acknowledged by any of the employees they had. They do not honor any appointment times. You’ll have better luck going down the road to Take5 oil for your needs.

For the most part, Walmart is Walmart. But if they’re going to lock up all of the beauty products, they need to at least hire enough staff so that someone is actually there to unlock the glass. Otherwise, customers wait around with nobody around to help. There’s not even a button to push or a way to call for help. You have to go on a where’s Waldo scavenger hunt around the entire store to find someone to help you if you want to buy any makeup, serums, makeup wipes, nail polish, etc..
@ Walmart: either staff your stores sufficiently and lock up your products, or don’t lock up things customers might need if you’re too cheap to hire enough staff. Pick a struggle.

Cecil wanted to see my receipt and I asked for ice as he was blocking it with a chair. He said that isn’t his job. He then said my special needs son needed to get it. Cecil should not be employed at Walmart if he can not provide customer service and blocked paying customers who pay for Ice by sitting in the chair demanding a receipt but not want to work. He needs better training.
