We checked in last night. Been harassed by staff for having the tv too loud twice in one day ( tv volume on 24). Mind u the dog next door is barking all day long. Tonight at 2:15 am the night manager wakes us up out of our sleep banging on the door with the police again complaining about noise. Mind u we are sleep. First it was the tv now they're claiming it was sex noise and then they believe the smoke detector was tampered with which would call for us to vacate the premises. After assuring the smoke detector wasn't tampered with he says he'll make an ex cut I've decision and let us stay the night. We don't smoke and haven't cooked here at all as of yet just made coffee. I don't know what's going on here and why they are continuing to harass us but we are leaving at our own choice. And will tell anyone that will listen to avoid (especially if black) the place was nice and comfortable but the staff is less than welcoming and we are very disappointed. Traveled across the country and stayed at wonderful and trash hotels. This is definitely the worst hospitality I've ever experienced!!! Stay clear !!!

You don't really know what you have until it's gone. I lived her for only a year and at the time I might have written a more meh review of the place. But after having lived where I currently am for two years I miss Waterwalk. The staff are super nice and are very willing to help no matter. The apartments are new and the location is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was its a little pricey for how small the apartments are. And the amenities aren't that great. Like the coffee bar and dog area are just a Keurig and a patch of grass. But if you have the cash in your budget its a great place to live.

Unfortunately inappropriate place to stay if you have children. You can expect strong marijuana smoke in the hallways, elevator, and by the fire pit and fountain outside most every night.

Avoid this place at all costs! During my tour they couldn't my exact unit. DAY OF the move in I noticed my washer and dryer was a 2 in 1 that takes about 4 hrs to run and can barely fit anything inside. I was also missing a microwave and let those two things slide. First night there was a truck blasting music at 1am and dumping stuff because the security gate is always left open. 2nd day there a bunch of shoes at the front of the entrance which is pretty creepy. Found cockroaches and spiders multiple days and then noticed the "high speed internet" was a whopping 0.2mbps. FCC standard is 25mbps for reference. I had to use my phone data for meetings for work because the internet is unstable and my conference calls would constantly freeze up. Loud metal sounds hitting the walls of the apartment kept me awake another night and the staff doesn't know what the issue is or can fix it. The hallway has water leaking all over which is also a safety Hazzard. Day 3 here and I have already found a new place and moving out. They're making me pay $2000 to terminate the contract despite all the issues I encountered above. Found cockroaches another morning as well so wouldn't be surprised if this unit has an infestation problem. Looking into legal action now since I don't believe I should be paying this $2000 termination fee with unlivable conditions and this is only 3 days living here. You also CANNOT get your own internet set up and their internet is UNSECURED! Go ANYWHERE but here. Good luck!

I stayed at Waterwalk Dallas Las Colinas for 7 weeks between 2/28/21 and 4/16/21. I had the best experience having been to Texas for the very first time as a travel nurse on contract. I stayed with my daughter and our puppy. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. I had a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (one in each bedroom), washer and dryer. I had all of the necessities that I needed. I do wish the beds were a little more comfortable. There were groceries included and delivered every week, the gym was by appointment, and only 1 person/family at a time. The social distance and sanitization measures were certainly to my liking. It is a very safe place to stay. I look forward to staying there again if I am ever in that location and have already shared the information to friends and family. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Thanks for making my stay so wonderful!

I spent 6 weeks with my family at this hotel in the middle of a flood at home and COVID-19 and they truly turned it into a pleasant experience. Keep up the excellent service and nice facilities!
