The staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and curious. I was sure my problem could not be fixed, I was proven wrong, in my contacts list for 2 phones, so no matter what I can call.

called ahead, confirmed battery was in stock and they could replace it; said it would take 20min to replace, took 20min to replace; very straight forward
