Horrible experience today. They have a lot of employees at this location that are very slow pace. A customer came in today trying to open up a checking and savings account and the employee told her she didn’t speak Spanish and that she was sorry and couldn’t help her. One of the managers or employees got involve and tried to get her a number for her to call that way they can help her out. How in the hell do you guys have nobody that’s bilingual at this branch? So sad to see a Spanish customer trying to do business with y’all and just turned her down. Horrible experience!!! I would never come to this stupid branch ever again

We opened a checking and savings. Everyone was friendly. The manager Ms. Saima Amjad was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I wish I can rate zero. Horrible experience, I went yesterday for needing help with my account. There was no one in front of me in the queue so when the banker came he asked me what I need. I told him I need help with my account then he asked the next person who came after me what he needs. He said he wants to open an account. The banker asked me to go to the website and get help from there and he took the next person as he was opening a new account. I am closing my account with Wells Fargo.

Got placed on a waiting list just to be told by Personal Banker Angel (15 mins later) that he is fully booked and probably won’t be able to attend to me today. You should probably inform ppl of that before placing them on a waiting list.
