Thanks West Filters & A/C Supply! I have been looking for a good price on a whole house air filter base and even though they're not really expensive, I didn't want to spend full price on one. I finally stumbled upon West Filters & A/C Supply and they had them advertised for a great price. The caveat, for me, was that they were in Irving and that's a 30 minute drive. Well, today, I had an appointment that was in Irving and I decided to stop by. They had exactly what I wanted. The filter housing is one that wasn't used on an install, so it's more of an open box, than new or used. I assume this is why the pricing was below retail. They have filters and pipe fittings, start capacitors and other HVAC stuff. Check it out if you are in the need for HVAC related items! One of the kids, I assume of the woman behind the counter, was super friendly and rambunctious. Be prepared to interact with him because he's hilarious. I'll be back for more filter housings when they happen to get more. Never can get too much filtered air.

I fix my own ac and this place has a great deal of parts and supplies. The staff is kind and friendly and love the cat also.
