They quoted me a price on the Internet and then try to charge me $3,000 more when I get to the dealership. I also had to haggle with them for 30 minutes to get the 3.9% special incentive interest rate that Ford advertised. They kept trying to tell me the lowest rate they could get me was 9.9%. This dealership is very slimy and takes the fun out of buying a car. STAY AWAY!

I would not recommend anyone buy a car at Westway Ford. After owning mine less than 1 month, it has had multiple issues that should have been noted and addressed in the "172 point inspection" they claim to do on their pre-owned cars. Within the last month, I've been sold a car with dangerously overinflated tires, and the check engine light came on 2 weeks after purchase. After multiple attempts to reach out to Westway for assistance via phone, in person visits, and emails, they have either not responded or given me answers that any legitimate mechanic would find laughable. I discussed my concerns with Melina Gonzalez and Kyle Wenzel in person multiple times, and reached out to Dustin Egbers and Azalia Nava via email, and received no response from either. After receiving no support from the dealership, I took the car to an independent mechanic, who has estimated it will be at least $1000 to fix the issues with the car I just spent $17K on after Westway assured me that it was safe and in good working condition. I cannot emphasize how much I would caution anyone against buying a car here. My experience has been horrible, and Westway has made no effort to correct the issues caused by their oversight and negligence. Customer service/support here is nonexistent as soon as you write them a check, go anywhere else.

Traded for a certified 2020 F150. Next day I noticed engine making more noise than usual and it had a shimmy. Reset tire pressure, still shimmied. Had an occasional whine in rear. No jack or tools, no buyer tag receipt, no inspection receipt! Went back to trade back for my car and Kyle refused. Said he could only sell it back at a higher price! BS, he just didn't want to take the truck back. He said it's certified. I don't want to hassle with repairs three days after buying! Didn't even get back home when the check engine light came on! Don't buy used vehicles from WESTWAY FORD. And certainly don't use their service department. They certified it and within 3 days it has engine noise, a shimmy, no jack and the chick engine light came on. They don't care about repeat customers! Once they get you out the door your screwed !Mike H

If you ever give this dealership your phone number you will be harassed nonstop. After numerous requests to be removed from the call list 6 months after a single inquiry on a vehicle, I am still receiving at least 2 calls a week. That is poor customer service and essentially harassment.

Do not bring your car to service here,. Im not sure if they are under new management or what but they do not know how to properly communicate with their clients nor share details. I have not had such a bad experience - a simple two tire replacement & usb swap turned into 3/4 days of excuses and lies. Just terrible service! I highly doubt this is customer service

They tell you bad credit they can work with you! NO THEY WASTE YOUR TIME! Don't even waste your time not worth it. Just fix your credit then go buy a car.

Had I been able to give zero stars, I would have. They’ve had our car for 3 months now and receiving any communication about it is nearly impossible. Lissette (?) has terrible customer service skills and seems to not have a clue what is going on even though she’s our “service manager”. I’m far from a “Karen”, but 3 months with little to no communication is excessive. When they say they’ll call with an update, be prepared to go up there and camp out in order to flag someone down to inform you.Service: Engine repair

Came in to buy a new Ford F-150. The selection Westway had was better than other dealerships in the area. I'm not sure if this means anything to a review but I noticed that the dealership is a reflection of the community here in Irving. I saw spanish speaking customers being taken care of. Thank you Lupe for helping my family with my new truck Great service and amazing Ford Financing which I got 3.9% on.

Please learn from my experience. I am not someone to take time out of my day to write a negative review. This is literally my first time, but that's how bad my experience was at Westway Ford. I bought a 40k truck from Jackson. My check engine light came on after owning it for 2 weeks. I called several times asking about it and nobody would ever call me back. Then after 6 weeks of owning it, the driver side wheel started grinding like crazy and I pulled over and it was smoking and the wheel was at a 45 degree angle. The wheel bearing was completely shot and obviously not put on correctly. Even though Jackson and his brother Ryan pushed over and over again for 6 hours to get this warranty plan with the truck and I finally gave in and agreed just to get out of there because they promised me "if anything happens to the truck you're covered" well it took over 10 calls to finally get a call back and who would have guessed. None of it was covered. Jackson even had the audacity to say "you know with it being over 30 days of owning the truck, that is something that can happen with just normal wear and tear" I have had the truck for 6 weeks and have only driven it on the highway lmao. I should have listened to all the bad reviews that are littered everywhere about this dealership. I will never purchase from them again. There are many other things like nickel and dimeing me for an extra key because they didn't tell me until after I already signed the ppwk for a 40k+ vehicle that it only has one key, but I won't spend more of my time going into detail. Just know this is the worst experience I've ever had with any company not just a car dealership. They are slimy and will lie and as soon as you sign the ppwk they do not care about you and will never return your phone call or do what they promised in the sell.

Lost My truck and then found it, repair was quick but before you pick up your vehicle make sure your repair ticket is at the service desk and not still with the service underwriter otherwise you'll be there a while while they look for it.

To start out I wanted a 2019 Ford Escape that I saw online at this dealership. Yes it was a 32 mile drive from me but I knew what I wanted. There were no other dealerships that had it! So I make the drive, go in and lay out exactly what my situation was with Ernesto. He had actually made a video of what I wanted and after finally getting the monthly payment I wanted, he proceeds to pull around with the wrong vehicle! Do not purchase anything from this Dealership! Bait and switch laws are out there but only on new cars. Buyer BEWARE!

STOLE my extended warranty money, never provided one and it's not answering calls or emails and let's me and my husband wait for hours at a time when we go in, in order to do something. It's always passed on to someone else and never fixed. It's been 2 weeks now without a car, without extended warranty they said they would provide and now they say in order to re-qualify we need to do another $5k of repairs.Continuation,Josh S replied to my review, My husband Landon who has been my Uber for over 2 weeks while I manage to do grad school and work has had to deal with this issue directly. I don't have time to spend 3 hours waiting for someone to dare to get out of their office to talk. An email was sent to the address provided after waiting yesterday for over 40 minutes for anyone to come to the showroom to help my husband before he gave up and walked out. No replies to date other than one asking for the same information that was sent in the email we started the conversation with which is honestly unprofessional and not appreciated. They're messages for you (recipient!) to READ. Other emails used:

BAIT & SWITCH: BUYER BEWARE My son's father and I went in to see a 2021 Ford Ranger after he spoke with sales rep Denver Fisher. While on the phone they discussed the listing price which fell inline with our budget of 30k. We both took time away from our careers and drove to your dealership at 2pm. We drove the vehicle and noticed a few items of concern. There was a smell to the vehicle, it had not been detailed and a bumper cover was broken. Our sales rep said he would inquire about items which became time consuming. When we finally began discussing numbers we said we would pay the listed price of $28,100 = tax, title and doc fees. We also agreed to pay the $450 out of our pockets to repair the broken bumper cover. We let Denver know we would be paying cash for the car. To our surprise he told us cash was not king and it was unlikely that the dealership would accept our offer of your asking price! We were in disbelief at what we were hearing. We asked that he take our deal to your finance manager. After waiting another 30 mins he came back and told us that your management declined our offer; which was your marketed and listed asking price! He said the finance office had another interested party with poor credit that would enable the dealership to make more $$ on the sale. We were told this after 3hrs of our time wasted at your dealership. So my question, is this standard practice on how you run your business? This dealership uses deceptive marketing advertising to get prospects in and then switch it up once they have arrived at the dealership. Complete lack of integrity and transparency and total disregard to prospects' valuable time.
