Went to whataburger before my grandsons game and got rubber fries have been back twice now and still no refund after calling corporate twice and now again since your transfer in ownership customer service is at its lowest so no more whataburger for me and still no refund **** buckinham rd is trash save your money and time

Service at the Campwisdom is absolutely horrible. I've been waiting in lone for 30 minutes a a hamburger and fries. Absolutely trash.

The whataburger in Princeton Tx is horrible. Drive thru takes 30mins to 1 hour to get food. The food is usually cold and missing items. This has happened to my family 3 times and we won’t be going back to that location. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I did a test, here. The staff was so helpful & hospitable. I had a taquito for the first time, ever! I must say, it was very tasty! I also put picantè & salsa verdé in it. Which made it extra tasty. Thanks, Whataburger, for living up to what I know you can do!!! You have a customer for LIFE!!!

They couldn't turn down the bad country music.I had to change my order to go.They said they've had that request before but they have no control over the volume.

I purchased 2 honey chicken biscuits from Whataburger location 3313 cherry lane Fort Worth tx. When I called to let them know that they were hard as a rock not fresh at all the gentleman who answered the phone said he was the manager and will not give me his name when asked and then hung up in my face I wish they would listen to the recording because he was pass rude and needs to be removed asap this is not my first experience with this guy. I never do reviews but this was enough. Can someone please reach out from corporate if your reading this Thank you!

Contacted corporate office about two complaints The first one was the couple of weeks before the second it has been over a month no reply from corporate The guy on the phone told me that I would get an email and somebody would contact me within 3 to 5 days here we are over 31 days later still nothing Thanks Whataburger I really liked your restaurant but your customer service and your corporate actions I will not be back

This is for there Dallas PKWY& Frankford location:I placed the order online. Walk in to the restaurant to the online pick up section after waiting a few minutes the manager comes out and tells me my order is not there. I proceeded to tell him my name was just on the screen in green and it just disappeared. He gets very disrespectful in front of staff and other customers and basically tells me I’m not telling the truth. He tells me the systems are connected and I didn’t see what I saw. I proceed to the app show the with my name and the location to pick up the food even show him the receipt and he still is yelling telling me it’s not there. Another employee in a gray shirt as well ( I believe is a manager) comes and helps. She immediately verified what I say ask a few more questions and walks to the line to investigate. A few seconds later the manger that says in lying walks around with my food and said that the order “processing” and didn’t show in the system and did not apologized for berating me. So I told him as I walked out “ A real manager would just apologize for the confusion”. He tells me know because I was yelling at home. I never raised my voice.

Dec 20, 2022. Location at 101 W Southwest Pkwy, Lewisville TX 75067.Went through drive thru that morning. Ordered a whataburger. Usually don't visit this location due to bad service. In line over 15 minutes but it's too be expected. Asked to pull up and wait on food. Again, as to be expected. Finally brings the order, I drive to work. When I open my food, the bun on the burger was so hard, you couldn't stick your fingernail through it. Immediately called customer care for a refund.In my opinion, they don't give a dang.Over 2 months and sox calls later, issue is still NOT resolved.

We waited in line for over 15 minutes and the several cars in both lanes never moved. We backed up , parked and went inside to order. We were told by the cashier that the corporate office was only allowing one cook per shift online to manage customers inside the restaurant and the drive through. Obviously, whoever's bought out Whataburger has no idea of what it takes to run a productive business with customer satisfaction. It used to be my favorite place to go...no more.

Guess it really isn't going to do any good to complain. With all of these repetitive complaints and it appears NOTHING is ever done, I'll keep the fact that the Buckner & Samuell store in Dallas often closes during the early hours when it suppose to be open 24 hours and when it is open, the wait in the drive up line is often a minimum of 30 minutes even when there's only 2 cars in line... Oh well, may someone at the corporate office will address these many customer concerns?!!

Went to the location on Houston school road in Lancaster TX and they have always managed to mess up my order every time or not give me what I paid for. They don’t care and never fix their mistake. Only one time a cashier gave me the correct soda since they had given me soda with no flavoring and it tasted horrible.

I just don’t understand why it’s always a 30-40 min wait in the drive thru. And when I get my food it’s always cold. WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR?

Went to the 2155 Airport Fwy, Euless, TX 76040 location at 810pm and sat in the line for 45min to finally make it to the outside B lane speaker and was told by the order taker that the lane was closed after sitting there 15min yelling into the speak to order. The car in front of me just ordered from this exact lane. I suggested to block the lane off or turn the lights off and I was told corporate didn't allow them to do so. This is poor customer service. I get it your short staffed and whatever else the excuses may be but do something so customers aren't sitting there for absolutely no reason. What's that really going to hurt?? Absolutely nothing.

Terrible experience I tried twice on different days to order a large coffee first time my cup was half empty I asked for more in cup lady working window said I could burn my self hmmm I'm 64 yrs old I can hold a cup of full coffee .second time I ordered a large coffee same lady at window asked if I wanted cream and sugar I said yes she asked hiw many I said a few she wanted a exact amount if sugar packets !!! I'm done with Whataburger. SHE WAS RUDE ABOUT HOW MANY SUGAR PACS !I GET TO WORK AND THE CALL THE MANAGER SHE SAYS TO ME "Yo Mama" the manager Whataburger has gone to trash!!!
