Do not waste your time or money at this location. We gave them what we thought was a 20-minute head start by ordering on the Whataburger app. We still had to wait 40 minutes for the order at the restaurant. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the order was wrong.

This Whataburger sucks. You will be waiting 30+ min for your food whether you dine in or drive thru, they miss half the items in your order, the milkshakes are often completely melted when they hand them to you, the customer service is trash. They barely speak to you and don't respond to you back, some of them are very rude over the drive thru speaker, I've heard managers yelling and cussing walking through the dining room, I've had drive thru employees roll their eyes or shut the window while I was speaking to them. They move with no urgency whatsoever, you'll literally see them trudging around at snails pace holding an order. I'm in food service and I would never "work" like this. There's too many other great food options on this street for them to provide this kind of experience, they need to step it up quite a bit.

I am on day two of having issues with my app as far as it not allowing me to use a BOGO that is already loaded to my account. The store that I went to yesterday in Grapevine was of no assistance. I stopped here at the Irving location today and the manager, Cameron, did what he could to assist, but was not able to get my app to load the coupon for me to complete my order. He then was able to get me taken care of at the counter and honored the “online order only” at the counter for the inconvenience. Thank you, Cameron!

Unlike my local Whataburger that will let my mobile order sit in the back, one of the crew was calling out names and I was able to almost just walk in and back out this morning. Thanks for keeping it moving!

I ordered a delivery order and bc they have no shakes, they denied me a refund or to compensate me. So essentially they stole from me.

Worst place to get service. Guys in the counter don’t know how to listen and handle customers. Have been there multiple times for delivery and found out that it is the least place to go.

Shawn was super helpful at the drive-thru. We had two orders plus an online drink order, & he provided service with a smile. Food was accurate & delivered in a timely manner.

I can see I'm not the only one that has complaints about this Whataburger, it's horrible service, and even worse night manager. This guy is a joke, rude, confrontational, and racist. from the time we ordered and got to the window to pay was no more than 4 minutes. by the time we got our food, 45 minutes had passed. by the time we left, after taking back small shakes, when we had ordered medium, we had been there over an hour. In the drive through, getting food to go?? Ridiculous. Problems started when they asked us to pull forward to wait on our food. After 10 minutes, ther manager, a heavyset black man, whose name was covered up with his jacket, came out and asked my wife " did you pay?" They dont ask you to pull forward to wait on your food unless you have payed. We said Yes. He said " the screen in there is still showing $2.81" Ok, the screen he is referring to is their checkout machine they use inside the store, that one of his employees, Cornelius, who was working his first night ever at a Whataburger, used to ring our order up. The night manager, in his wisdom, walked out to our car to ask us if we payed and said there was still some money showing on his screen, instead of asking Cornelius, whose very first night it was, or checking the order on His machine. How is some mistake of $2.81 on their machine, made by a first night employee, our fault??? Super ridiculous. We showed him our receipt, he walked back in and said our food would be ready shortly. Another 20 minutes passed, and still no food. My wife went in, asked him about our food, and he said " you guys didnt pay for a whataburger" No, they still havent started on our food, and he never came back out to tell us we didnt pay for a whataburger. Why didnt we pay? Because we never ordered a whataburger. We ordered a kids meal, which it shows on our receipt, that we did pay for. My wife explained this to him, and he told her she had a bad attitude. LOL... Unbelievably ridiculous. Now its been over 40 minutes. When they finally brought our food, they gave us small shakes, when we had ordered mediums. When my wife asked this night manager what it showed on our order, he said " how do i know, i didnt take your order" Amazing!! I took the shakes in, and after 5 more minutes, this night manager came up to the counter, I explained there was a screw up, that we ordered medium shakes. He grabbed the small shakes, turned around, through them in the trash, and stormed off to the back. After 15 morer minutes, he finally made our medium shakes and we left. I was astounded. We were the only white people in there until 2 other white girls showed up. While waiting for him to remake our shakes, I personally watched him help 2 spanish gentlemen, and 2 other black gentlemen, and all of them received their food before the 2 white girls, who had ordered way before the other people showed up, and before he remade our shakes. Theres no need for or room for this kind of conduct or racism in a customer oriented establishment. I want to add that Cornelius, the tall black gentleman who was working his first night ever at a whataburger, did a fantastic job. He was friendly, fast, and will make an excellent employee. Only if he gets away from the night manager of this store.

Staff needs more training, the cashier was jawning in my face and it seem she did not wanted to be there service is slow and employees just standing around looking at their cell phones.
