Dirty showers and shower rooms. Cleaning attendant likes to sweep old hair and dirt behind the door.. shower heads are all ultra water saving and it is extremely difficult to rinse off. That in itself is a no-go zone for me. Until they fix this I will not visit this facility any longer... laundry machines don't work but will take your money.. lacking general maintenance throughout driver's areas..

Loves side of things!
This loves location is horrible service! I asked for my advance in $20’s and I got some lame excuse to why I got a $100. That most places will not even take anymore!
So I go over to the Carl’s Jr side to get breakfast this morning?! Well that didn’t go over all to well either! So I was customer #7 this morning and asked for Biscuits and gravy! Buttons instead of biscuits, use a hamburger bun as well. I wanted hand breaded chicken with it! So I got some lame excuse that they’re out of hand breaded chicken! By the cook! But yet the girl at the counter said they have it. The fryers is just being serviced when there’s three other fryers right next to the one that they cook the hamburger breaded chicken in! Then she commented to cook was lazy! And just didn’t want to do it! I also ordered a breakfast burrito, sausage, egg, and cheese! Got the sausage and egg but no cheese! As well, who gives out one bag of salsa? Who?! For a whole breakfast burrito? No body!
Again this is the worst loves in the country that I have ever been to in the last 34 plus years I have been driving truck! The staff is very incompetent and I find them very rude! From the fuel desk to Carl’s Jr! I do NOT recommend this location to anyone! Don’t wast your time and money!
I’m a very unhappy loyal customer to loves about this location! This place need to be checked on by corporate and them not knowing there coming in! Badly!

Horrible customer service (ROSA). Stop to get coffee bo creamer. Rosa was very rude when asked about. Her co worker he just walked off and didnt assist with letting us know. . Italy Texas you all need to do better.

Typical love's fare. No real decent food. They have a Carls Jr. fast food joint. But they have FREE PARKING, showers, and laundry. They also have a truck care shop. Not a terrible stop. I just wish they'd stop the marriage with these fast food places and give drivers an actual decent meal.

08/09/2025. 6:30 pm. Purpose of visit: change flat tires on trailer! I think other should know!
Visited on 08/09/2025
to have my tires changed. When I checked in, I was told it would be about an hour wait. During the process, the staff member repeatedly commented on my name in a negative way, and I felt singled out because of my accent. I waited several hours without being called, and when I asked, I was told they had left a voicemail — but my phone showed no missed calls or messages. Instead of helping, I was told to wait until the morning. I believe I was treated differently because of my name and background. This was an upsetting and unprofessional experience, and I will not return to this location.

There are two Love's truck stops within 20 minutes of where my truck broke down. Even though we reported the problem with the part number around 1:00 PM, you didn't help us. Frankly, I thought Love's truck stops were friendly to truck drivers, but I was wrong.

Customer service is really poor from the Operations Manager on duty here. We bought 4 hotdogs and right as we got out of the door my 6 y/o dropped his hotdog. Normally any establishment, restaurant, etc would offer to replace it as a courtesy, but this location doesn’t care about its customers and made me pay for another hotdog. Sure, it was our mistake, but common customer service curtesy would win out here and offer another hotdog especially under the circumstances. I won’t come here to supercharge again and give my business to this location. Bucces wouldn’t even think twice about this situation. I’ll just charge at Buccees from now on when I drive to Dallas.

Had a turnsignal burned out izzy and Amy went above and beyond to help me get 2 screws to hold it on so could get back on the road. Very thankful for both of them lending tools and trying multiple screws that they had on hand. They pulled there assortment of screws out of there vehicles to get ones that worked. Amy and izzy need a raise above and beyond customer service.

DISAPPOINTMENT:
I appreciate the services provided by this Love’s but I’m disappointed too. Why you guys wait to get all the showers to be empty and after that clean 1 by 1 but not make them available instantly. You guys cleans all the showers together and give them to customers.
I waited for the shower for almost an hour at 2 AM though It was empty not clean. Another customer booked the shower almost 50 min later and we got the shower at same time. 6 people got the shower in 1 minute. Please don’t this.
