Wow! Ken and Jason were life savers!! We had a situation with our mattress flying off and needed better straps since it was about to fly away in the wind and they put a piece of plywood on top of the bed and strapped that bad boy down. Ken also said a prayer for the ride for us and it was really sweet. Very personable experience!
