The clerks at the Italy Post Office are great and a pleasure to deal with, unlike the ill-tempered, sorry excuse for public servants at the Waxahachie one.

The clerk at this location was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately she wasn't able to help with my specific issue but it was completely out of their control. She did however go above and beyond to do everything she could though. Other post offices should use her as an example of how proper customer service should be.
