Stopped here passing through to get gas and a drink on my way to austin. Paid 29$ out of a 100 and didn't find out i got stiffed 20 till I got home and only counted 51$ when I should have had 71.. never coming here again since I pretty much got 20 buck stolen from me.. not much I can do now cuz I'm miles away but I can leave a review about it.. i don't remember the guys name either. So whatever but never stopping at this Exxon again...

The trashcans out front were overflowing with garbage, the bathrooms had no soap or paper towels, and the men's bathroom didn't have toilet paper.

Only had a single register open with all fuel bays occupied and a few lanes had customers waiting to use pumps. The pumps making you come in to see the cashier, and just one person is there with a 10 person line. During 5pm traffic rush, left to go an exit up.

Convenient Stop with Great Service. I recently stopped at the Exxon gas station on 1201 S Files St. in Itasca, TX, and had a pretty good experience. The location is very convenient, right off the highway, which is perfect for quick refueling. The pumps were in good working order and the flow rate was fast, saving me time.
The store inside was clean and well-stocked with a variety of snacks and essentials, making it easy to grab a quick bite or a drink on the go. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the visit smooth and pleasant.
My only gripe was that the prices were a bit higher compared to other nearby stations, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I recommend this Exxon for those who are looking for reliability and good service while on the road.

So far I like this place the gas is 3.29 compared to the other places that are 3.45 especially when it's on highway 35.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Clean as well. It looks like they also redid the parking lot. It's so smooth to drive across now. It's come a long way from where it was. Will definitely shop there more often.
