Marshall Woods and his mother Kim found my phone. Instead of calling me and returning my phone they kept it all day and then after being confronted they claimed to have thrown it away. Like cmon Republic Services have honest ppl work for you not thieves. Not to mention Teri Gillen who is a total bitch and her solution was for us to come dig through the trash lol. 1.3 stars and I see why! I know 3 ppl that should be unemployed but the trash place kinda fits em. Dont leave your wallet around these 3! Update: Nathan called and was very nice and understood the situation. Per Nathan the policy is to turn items like phones, wallets, and keys into the police station. So Teri doesnt even know her own policy at her job she lied! But conveniently they searched for the phone for 2 hours today and to my surprise they didnt find it lmao. Liars and thieves at this place!

This company was charging me about $85 a month for once a week trash removal. After speaking with others who live in my area using other trash services I discovered that this price is astronomical. I switched to another company and now I am being charged about $27 a month for the same service. When I called to cancel they told me it would be $50 to pick up the bin. I was fed up and just said fine because I did not want to deal with them anymore. Then when I get the bill for the bin removal it was $79.60. I called and they said that was because of the fuel/environmental fees. My question is what environmental fees do you need to collect for an empty bin and how in the world does that translate to $30 more then what I was quoted? I will never use this company again.

Always professional Service be sure you have yellow vest and hard hat. Also only one person at a time out of vehicle. You can get the hat and vest on location $12 i think
