Need to get them to pick up on the phone ringing can be four employees standing around talking to each other and the phones is going crazy yet only one customer in the building. Called maybe 6 times 5 min apart finally as I’m on my way I get a pick up to confirm availability on a part. I’m also a commercial customer and that’s one of the reasons I’ll go further down the road to your competitors store. Get it together seems like you need another manager or workers that actually want to work. Same thing with every other Oreilly parts store within a 10 to 15 mile radius no answer.

Well they gave me a part to use to compress my brake caliper and when I got home it was broken after I had the vehicle torn apart so I had to return the brake pads return the tool the next day very inconvenient they gave a tool to use that was broken

Dan shouldn't be a Mgr. No greeting once entered, had to approach the register to ask for assistance. I was accurately informed on which isle to find my item. Once in line, there was already a man being helped at the counter. The Mgr, Dan, walked away to the back of the store. I waited about 3 mins before the guy being helped walked away from the counter to shop some more. I was never asked to be cheked out. By this time, another customer had come in to stand in line behind me. After a while, we joked about the wait. Especially because we heard laughter coming from the back. The guy still had not come back to the register and the cashier just stood there blankly. I finally said aloud, "guys there's a line". After more conversation (switched to business. We could literally hear the conversation switch to what was needed in the store 🤣). Finally the Mgr Dan and another employee emerged from the back. No one apologized for the wait, I was checked out dryly, and was not offered a bag for my purchase. But Mr Dan did dryly say "have a nice day".

Come here all the time best costumer service ever the manager is so nice and greeted everyone once entering the store had no trouble here got the parts i needed with not trouble . Britt S is a karen and a hater stop criticizing hard working people.

Dans a great manager, as soon as i entered the store “ Welcome to O’Reilly let me know If you need any assistance”. Don’t even get me started about the wait line they were moving as fast as they could and getting to us as fast as they could. And before leaving I received a very heartfelt “Have a good day and be safe” great manager and really great team he’s managing.

10/08/24 I went to have the vehicle's alternator checked, she was very kind and helped me but the machine said that the alternator was bad so I bought one from them and renewed it for more than 500 dollars and that wasn't the problem. In a few words, I gave them my good alternator for another and it doesn't work I feel cheated

I like to get to buy what I need for my car. The staff are very attentive and friendly and well, as a woman 🚺 and sometimes we don't know about the spare parts, they explain and give price options. It has a lot of parking.
