“My wife, myself and our 2 dogs were on our way home from Colorado when a fuel filter start leaking in our Ram 2500. We still had over 100 miles to go before we would be home. We arrived at the shop at 4:30. The shop was scheduled to close at 5:00. Despite arriving at basically closing time, Patrick and Brandy were both willing to stay late and make sure we got back on the road safely.Brandy had to make several trips to O'Reilly's to get the correct filter and Patrick worked patiently to make sure the truck was fixed properly.We would have been in a real bad situation if it were not for their dedication and knowledge. I can't thank them enough and would certainly recommend Pro-Tech!!”
