Owner was very kind and took care of my problem right away even giving his personal number if we needed it ever again.

The machine took my $ and did not give me a car wash. I left a note in the box and within a few weeks they gave me a credit to be used later. I am happy with their response. This is a good car wash for the $. Follow the directions carefully. I want to thank the owner for being responsive.
