The credit card reader had trouble reading my card. I tried three different cards several times before it worked. That is bad not horrible. Then I went into the carwash. The whole top brush did not roll. Instead it just sat on the top of my car and wiped back. Needless to say my car did not get washed well. Plus, I paid for the platinum was.

The machine took my $ and did not give me a car wash. I left a note in the box and within a few weeks they gave me a credit to be used later. I am happy with their response. This is a good car wash for the $. Follow the directions carefully. I want to thank the owner for being responsive.
