Went there today for an upgrade on my Android and was met by Alana who was extremely polite, professional and knowledgable of what I was looking for (an upgrade). I highly recommend talking to her.

So let me tell you why NOT to go to this store. I have had AT&T since the dark ages and so I have a truly unlimited plan. So my husband and I are both having issues with our phones making that funny tone and saying not in service and our VM are not working plus I wanted to upgrade my phone so we go to the store. I'll spare you the long story and just say they told me to call support and that they WOULD NOT UPGRADE MY PHONE UNLESS I SWITCHED MY PLAN!!! Fast forward I go to Tyler and they made it easy peasy lemon squeezy and I walked out with my VM fixed in ( literally took 30 seconds) and a new phone and the same plan! Save time go to Tyler!

Definitely did not like talking to Carmela. She doesn’t know how to talk to the customers. Thankfully Her manager decided to take over. Thanks for the managers help! Besides that very good service from the manger! Got me handled and out the door.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A NEW DEVICE! A few months ago i went in to get a applewatch. I should have just went to tyler because i spent nearly 3 HOURS getting help setting it up because it wouldnt connect to my phone services. 5 months later i am still having problems they gave me a malfunctioning device. And everytime i go in to get it fixed i have to turn around a week later and get it fixed again or just not use it. Honestly do not believe they know what they are doing. They wont even bother to help me over the phone they instantly just connect me with customer service. At this point they just need to shut down this store or restaff it. It is ridiculous to be forced to pay on a device that DOES NOT WORK.

Service is usually kinda slow. Not usually busy. Maybe an extra person would help.Although on this day they had 2 people and service was still slow (waited for about 15 mins).Then the service reps call people out of order, that are waiting. Not really a good thing.Overall, acceptable service.
