“Got the job done. Brake lights were stuck on, and a rat chewed some electrical under the hood. They fixed it all. They had my car for quite some time, but quality work is more important to me.”
“Westbrook was very helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my car. They completed the diagnostics and gave recommendations of next steps. They were quick to respond and helpful when I called for updates. They worked we me on getting it picked up by a tow truck due to the issue being larger than they could repair. Following the repair at a different shop, they were willing to help me out with a minor need at no cost. All in all, they are very helpful and honest.”

“The local Auto Zone folks recommended “Smiley’s” Auto Clinic for a fan belt replacement, our current one was slowly shredding away “rib” by “rib”. We drove up unannounced and found George hip deep under the hood of another job. He popped out to see what we needed and immediately interrupted the prior task and replaced our shredding belt. Very friendly and quick service, he will get our return business absolutely! And the price was definitely a plus…$40 for a half hours work! That’s better than most mechanics shops with their $200/hr. shop rates.”

“I have a truck that is 20 years old. Batemans has helped me keep it with repairs it has needed. Let's be frank, vehicles need parts and parts break over time. A used truck will cost between 7,000 to 30,000 dollars. In the past 7 months I have spent about 900 dollars for repairs on my truck and it's running good. Jeriod does his best to tell me how long it takes to do repairs on my truck. Some repairs are ready on the same day. Others take a few days. Last thing I take my truck to Batemans because I don't have the knowledge, experience, proper tools, or space to safely make these repairs. Batemans has all these things. Therefore I'm happy to pay 80 dollars an hour for labor plus parts on things I cannot fix. Overall I'm able to keep my truck and save money because of Batemans. Because car payments and full coverage insurance would lower the limits on my budget. Jeriod and the crew have been honest with me, and the repairs that have been made are good.”
