I purchased a new transmission from Autozone. It arrived defective with a bad shift control solenoid. I paid an additional sum to have it repaired. I was told I won’t be reimbursed for the labor claim. Please help?

I want to say how thankful I am for the Jacksonville Texas location. Today 5/29/22 my daughter truck broke down in Jacksonville over 100 miles from home. She was able to limp it to this Autozone and after checking the code determined the exhaust master sensor was bad. Mike at that location went out to help my daughter and her friends replace the sensor and filter that allowed her to continue on home. Thank you so much Mike and all the staff at the Jacksonville Autozone for the great customer service and kindness shown to my daughter and friends. Grateful parents thank you!
