“I have an account there because they gave me a loan on a rental property investment. They required 20% down but fees were less than bigger banks. Their loan reviews are not done locally, so can seem a bit slow and bureaucratic, Once previously, the local officer approved me to refi a property, but the regional declined some time later. A purchase loan went through ok. I appreciated they did not require my spouse on the loan. Tellers and loan officers are nice, inside the bank is spacious and airy. Often they have cookies in the lobby! I was able to negotiate no holds on checks for deposit. My account is free since I do autopay on the loan. When people work for me and I write them a check, they are able to cash for a 1% fee. Since many people have no accounts, it is pretty reasonable and appreciated.”
