Came in to get tire fixes wasn't even charged. On top of that I'd noticed a noise and had metal to metal on my rear brakes. They jumped right on it and has it complete and I was ready to go in no time.

I haven't lived in Texas since 2005, but when I used to live there I did business with Bill Day Tire. I bought the chrome rims for my pickup truck there.So, when my father got a nail on his tire in 2004, I told him to go there. They fixed it for free. Their reasoning: "Someday you'll buy a set of tires from us."That still holds true to this day. On September 16 we were in Jacksonville, Texas and we had a nail in our tire. We went to Bill Day Tire and asked them to fix it. They did it in 15 minutes. When we asked "How much?" they told us nothing.That is how you earn and keep customers.

I brought my GMC Siera in to have the front end aligned and was told that all of my parts were just worn out and that my truck could not be aligned. I purchased all new front-end parts, watched them being put on and it was obvious there was nothing wrong with the old parts. Then I took it somewhere that knows what they are doing and found out my front passenger side tire is at an angle and that was the ONLY problem all along. All they had to do is connect it to their computer to find this out.I spent and extra $500 on parts and my husband and his friend spent all day replacing parts that were good. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.JOANNE

Absolutely horrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Long story short the mechanic pocketed 140$ messed up my front end on my truck after I just had everything under the front end replaced theyr Tyler location attempted to fix it but still having issues they tried blaming the problem on my bigger tires yet never had an issue before I took it to them they double charged me for putting pins in my upper control arms mechanic cussed at me cause I got him in trouble for pocketing the cash and refusing to give me a receipt DO NOT RECOMMEND you will end up spending more money then it's worth now I'm out over 1,000 in front end parts

It was slow, the day that is and when I spoke with someone about repairs it was like to be a big deal to help. Use to come here often and the repairs were great and friendly. I just felt like I was a bother. So I went to another store to purchase tires for my truck.
