My mother in law went very recent on a Tuesday to add a hotspot on one of her lines was charged the 10 for it next day all lines were cut off even though they had paid for all lines on Monday was not told this would happen if she added hotspot no warning whatsoever that all 6 lines would be cut off and made her pay a $30 fee that she shouldn’t had to pay as it was the workers fault for not informing that this could happen workers name was Alexis on both days. When asked if my mother in law could speak to a manager she told her that wouldn’t be a possibility because the manager wasn’t there and probably wouldn’t be whenever she came back in the following days. Rude service, doesn’t inform clients of anything not the first time this has happened either. Most likely will be looking into other providers soon. Don’t recommend if Alexis is there she doesn’t seem to care about her job or what happens to her customers !!!

My dad and mom took my 9at time year old daughter to look at phones for me and ended up leaving with a phone in my name Wich I didn't even sign for and the one who put it in my name was Jessica Martinez who in the right mind would let a nine year sign for a phone I mean really . At the time I was out of the country

Went to store for a sim card but needed to have the phone with me. The workers told me to just be back by 8pm because that's when the store closes. Here I am back at the store at 7:20pm and the doors are locked and they said they're closing.

Always long wait. No where to sit. Standing around for hours for service. They rarely have what you want in stock.

As a new customer they would not sell me a sim card kit to get the cricket phone working. Helping the customer is not one of their priorities. If you like robots, you'll be happy.

Went this morning to upgrade my phone. One of the ladies that I was speaking to was rude. She looked like she had just woke up and went to work. As I was speaking to her she had no eye contact with me and never smle. She looked like she didn't wanted to deal with customers.I ended up going to the cricket office in Tyler where they were so nice.

The young lady today that helped me did a wonderful job in helping me get the phone I wanted and did a better job then the ones who worked the day before. I even told the girl I would change my review aswell fir a job well done.
