One of the most ridiculous pharmacist I have ever had to deal with and would recommend that anybody had has prescriptions with CVS to no longer use them find somebody else to use for one thing they overcharged for medication and they never have what you need in stock

I have been using CVS in JV for many years. While I do not always agree with their pharmacy rules and schedules, the one thing that keeps me there is the excellent customer service. Today, after filling my basket with great sales and necessaries, I discovered that somewhere, in the store, I had lost my debit card. Donna was extremely kind, I checked out with a different card, and went off to the bank to cancel my debit card. While there, I got a phone call from her saying We found it! Made my day! She needs a raise! Thank you again.

If have never dealt with a pharmacist so rude. He reprimanded me for getting upset by his rudeness. He was only interested in discussing what I already knew, but refused to answer my questions. Not to mention it took 16 min. to work through the automated system to no avail. His response was too bad, he has no control over it. In addition to two other attempts to only hold without an answer. Absolutely pitiful.

Went to Pharmacy after church today..Roger (Pharmacist) told me to give him about 15 minutes went back picked up my meds..Donna was so nice..Roger was amazing...helpful and looks out for his customers..I am always pleased with this pharmacy..caring people..thank you all..Doug

My Jacksonville TX CVS is always easy to shop and save at. But what I love the most about this store is the awesome people who work there!! They are always so helpful and friendly! I have never left the store without feeling good about my shopping experience!!

OMG-these people behind the pharmacy counter are like zombies. They move SO SLOW!!! The drive thru lady takes forever. Very painful experience always at this location. However, they are open on the weekends unlike Walgreens so I give them a star for that.

This CVS location has one of the best employees that I have ever met, Ansumana Touray. He is always there with a smile, has a jolly laugh that will make your day, and truly cares for his customers. Even when I see him outside of this business, he is true, and his character is one of a kind. Thank you!

I only call the pharmacist to ask simple questions and now the 4th time to call stretched out over years to again get no information, I decided to make others aware of this. The pharmacists never helps with the most easiest cases, if it’s something that can’t be be remembered, then you’re not going to get an answer. You feel like a number and not a person here.
