Made a reservation at 11:00am and went to pick the car up the next day and was told they did not have anything and the guy at the counter wouldn’t help to try and find another car and told us we had to call other locations to find a vehicle. He said they tried to call at 12:40 but I never received a phone call or email from them.

Absolutely worst customer service. Never have cars on lot. Will not answer phone. Upcharged us without telling us. Better off going somewhere else

Zero if any. We have had 3 reservations each time coming to pick up, end up being told they didn't have a vehicle and they didn't usually rent vehicles from this location.... awesome.

The Tyler location on ese loop was very rude and unprofessional. Front desk was short tempered as if I was doing them a favor to rent from them. They forget who the customer is. There is a lack of miscommunication between the reservation desk and the front desk. I drove to their location from Jacksonville just to find out I had no vehicle reserved. Do not rent from this location if you can help it.

My husband called yesterday to rent a SUV and was told he would be able to book. We head over there this morning to pick up the SUV and we get slapped in the face that he has to be 25 and have a major credit card! Would have been nice to know when he called. No only that but the guy in charge was a major j**** He has no customer service skill and had completely no empathy! My husband is only 5 months from turning 25 and better believe if we are ever in a situation where we need to rent a vehicle again we will not even consider this place. We will also make sure to let are friends and family know not to waste their time or money at this place!

Austin is always pleasant and courteous. The staff here is quick and I rarely have a problem that can't be easily fixed by the great people here.

I’m not sure customer service even exist anymore! But if it did this branch sure doesn’t know the definition! Literally just had one question tried calling multiple times could hear them answer and immediately hang up on me! I honestly don’t know how these people are still in business most definitely will be reporting this to the BBB!

Called this morning to confirm a car pick up this afternoon. Put on hold long enough that I hung up. Called back three times with no answer. They have been open for more than an hour. Surprised they are still in business. (Originally left two star rating in morning)That was in the morning. That afternoon I dropped my car at the collision repair center, which is located next door to Enterprise. Talking to collision rep, I learned that this Enterprise store has one employee. This young lady answers the phone, checks customers in and out, checks cars in and out, cleans cars inside and out and gases up the cars. By herself.When I walked next door to pick up my rental, she was poised, professional and very proficient. She took a phone call and worked with a customer that had questions about Apple Play, not missing a beat entering my data. She even got a couple laughs out of me and a waiting customer. Car was spotless inside and out and full of gas. Five Stars are for the service I received. Wish I could leave Two Stars for the owners of this store. I would bet to guess the reason the phone wasn't answered in the morning was because she was cleaning my car spotless and filling it with gas. If Enterprise doesn't move this hard worker up the ladder, another business will.

Car was clean. Waited outside because of Corona virus. Busy place. People was helpful and friendly. Considering everything Good Job. Will use them again.
