We've been with this Bank since they first opened about a week & a half ago we had an unauthorized charge go through our bank because our Google account had been hacked we contacted Google they did an immediate refund they also sent us an email to take to the bank we took all this up to the bank & they said that they would not reverse the $34 insufficient fee because it wasn't their problem they said we needed to get a hold of the company who refunded us so we got a hold of the creditor they said that they had already given us the email to take to the bank that it was the bank's responsibility to issue the reversal because of my husband's pay schedule he didn't get paid for another 9 days so they turned around & charged us another $34 fee for being negative for 7 days or more so that's $68 that they charged us took out of our account over something that was never our fault to begin with & should have been credited in the first place when I called the phone number to get a hold of somebody I was on hold for over 3 hours because I kept getting hung up on & each time was about a 20 to 25 minute wait just to get someone on the phone. It's a rip off, Southside Bank & Austin Bank would have handled it so much better

The people working here are nice. The only problem I have is they take out a monthly maintenance fee of $12. I will be switching banks because of this. My checking and savings account is now -$22. I don't have any money to put in the accounts because I lost my job.
