Computers were slow. Kept locking up. I sat for over an hour. I felt bad for the tax preparer. It wasn't her fault it took so long. Another fella had to come back 3 or 4 times because of the locking up of the computers. My taxes were an in and out job and would have been but for the slow system. There was another couple waiting for me to get out. Again the preparer was great.

Jackson Hewitt charged me way too much to do my taxes. I was not happy at all with the fee. I have told everyone that I know about my sad experience. I have been with Jackson Hewitt for 10 years and will never come back and I will never ever recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone.
