No hot and ready pizzas ready. No one is making pizzas, and every employee is just standing around laughing and trying to look busy. Waited 30 minutes for nothing and just left after paying with no pizza. Other online orders were still having to wait, even though their orders were supposed to be ready 15 minutes prior. This location should be seriously restarted. Very disappointing.

Under Staffed, long waits, nobody running the front end, staff that Is working has no sense of urgency, or consideration of anyone's time especially door dashers. I lost about $40 in dashes because I had to wait for the order, and my customer that we delivered for had to wait. Get your staff in order, and get back to the basics of the customer being #1 because this terrible customer service will move your customers to Domino's, Pizza Hut, or Romas. Get it together

if i could put no star i definitely would! we went there at 9:30 to get a pizza and the lady at the desk gave an attitude saying if we wanted a pizza then we shouldn’t come at 9:30 when they close at “10” but online it says 11. definitely shouldn’t work somewhere if you don’t want to actually do the work.

We placed a online order and got the notification that it was ready, when I got there to pick it up and put the code in nothing came out and the lady at the front wasn’t even paying attention she didn’t even greet or nothing. After like 7-10 minutes someone finally ask if I had ordered and proceeded to tell her yes and showed her the screenshot of the order she then says oh we don’t have the things to make the stuffed bread then she says but the rest is being worked on, then I asked how much longer because it was already 4:50 and we placed the order at 4:10 and she goes and checks then comes back to the front doesn’t say anything and they’re standing there looking confused about my order, she then says “did you have someone else pick up the order? Because it says here it was picked up” I said no no one else was going to pick it up I’m the one that was suppose to pick it up. TERRIBLE SERVICE! And the worst part was they were trying to accuse us of taking the other when they never even worked on the order.

I really like the thin-crust option on the ultimate Supreme. It's a shame I can't request it using the App, and calling ahead of time over the last few years has been disappointing by not having the call answered. On person service is excellent. This last month I had a particular large order put in with very little time notice, and even though the staff had another large order placed beforehand, they were able to provide in a timely manner. Kudos to the staff!Wheelchair accessibility: Reserved spot on parking lot.
