“My wife,Novella Oldham, and I drove to Jacksonville to check out t-mobile. We talked to Stephanie. She explained the different plans they offered. She brought in Sam and he did the paperwork to switch us from Verizon. Both of them did a great job of explaining everything. I understand Stephanie is the store manager. She took the time to work with us as well as other customers as they that came in. Sam should be commended as well.”
