“Ouisa the Storage Facility Manager is top tier, the friendliest, most helpful and Genuinely cares about each tenant and their needs. As an owner of a small business, they couldn’t have hired anyone better for the position.
Being in the moving industry I can say that the outer appearance of the older facility does not give the inside of the units justice. Moving a client out just this week I was dumbfounded and almost speechless to open the door to a climate controlled building to find that the interior is immaculate. The floors were buffed and pristine. Not a single cobweb, no dust, dirt, or bugs of any kind. I’ve been to every storage facility bar a handful in all of EAST TEXAS, even a cross the country, this is %100 the cleanest I have ever been in. That type of care although hard to upkeep on an older facility is exactly the type of staff that I personally would want storing my belongings.
