Terrible terrible terrible commercial property loan service, communication and response. Apparently Bob Francis is the only person in the bank's entire structure that is able to work with commercial loans. That would be fine if Bob actually worked. Its been a month and a half since we first called the bank to apply for a loan. We were referred by the realtor for the property. She showed us the property on October 15th. The following work week, we contacted the bank for the loan. Pre-approval went pretty quick. Primarily paperwork was sent in and everything was good. Bob said he would email a list of what was needed for the final loan approval. Two weeks later, after leaving voicemails and getting no reply, we called the Tyler branch and a fella by the name of Paul was super helpful and responsive, but could only work with personal loans. We were told Bob was the only one who worked with commercial loans and that he had been out of the office, supposedly with covid. Contracting an illness is understandable, but leaving potential customers hanging and not letting someone else continue the work is ridiculous. After another week of no answer from Bob, we call another bank. On the same day we inquired elsewhere, Paul sent an email with a list of needed documents. Still no word from Bob. Previous to hearing from Bob, the realtor also tried to contact him asking for an update and was sent back a somewhat rude email stating that he preferred to speak directly to the customer and she would have to direct questions the customer directly. So he can reply to her, but not us??Hey Bob... We asked her to try and push the process along, since you was not replying or helping in any way.A few days later, we finally get a list of needed documents and promptly sent them to Bob. That was on the 23rd-24th of November. Bob emails back saying he would contact us the following Monday, since it was Thanksgiving week and he would not be able to get to it until then.Monday comes. No calls. No emails. No responses. We called on Wednesday for an update. Was told Bob was off that day and was sent to the voicemail. Its now Friday. Still no word from Bob Francis. What kind of "Senior Vice President" ignores his customers? How did he even get the position with a work ethic like this??Dear Bob Francis. To you, this may be just another day in banking. To us, its a delay on expanding our businesses. Your lack of care or effort is not only a delay for us, but also a delay for the seller of the property, the realtor selling the property and your own institution. You are keeping the realtor from her commission. You are keeping the property owner from their $329k. You are keeping your bank from profiting on loan interest. You are also hampering our growth efforts. This bank needs to seriously reconsider who it has in charge of time sensitive business issues. We should have been able to close on the property and been moved in by now.Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied by what should have been a quick, brainless transaction.

Iv had my accounts here since I was 17 years old and Iv always been an easy customer to deal with. But today I checked my savings account and as it turns out they took $135 from my personal savings account to pay for a family members overdraft fee in her separate account. They did not call me or verify that were taking this money they just took it without a heads up. Later they stated that it was because that particular family member was on my account as a joint owner to which I thought had already been corrected months ago back when we both asked that they remove her from my account so as to prevent something like this from happening apparently it wasn't done then. Now they say in order to make that change you have to close the old account and open a new one to removed someone from an account (wish they had shared that info with me months ago when I asked her to be removed but I guess it just slipped their minds 🙄)Now I'm out of money I had set aside for my expenses and Iv robbed of my savings. My money is not even safe in a bank. Thanks a lot for being considerate of your long time customer Texas National. 👎ðŸ»ðŸ‘ŽðŸ»
