This lady is super fast with coffin top nails and the design on them would highly recommend anyone to go there for great service.

I’m normally not the type to leave a review, especially if it’s negative but I didn’t have a good experience here. I got a pedicure, which was gel and French tip, but everywhere I go to get a pedicure they always massage and scrub my legs and feet, and after they paint they do it with lotion. After my pedicure was done I had to ask him to put lotion on my feet and he did, but didn’t massage or anything. It was a $58 pedicure that I basically just paid that much to get my toes painted.
My nails are fine, but she got annoyed I asked her to cut them shorter and told me that any shorter I go, it won’t be the shape I asked for (almond). Which I have gotten for years, and it’s never been an issue to cut them down a little shorter, the shape has always been great still. After I asked her, she did it, but seemed so annoyed about it. She was a little aggressive when grabbing my hands and throwing them back to get the other hand. I paid $70 for them, which wouldn’t be an issue, if the attitude wasn’t there and they looked worth $70. She never filed under them so they’re thick on the bottom, and when she saw me looking at them she didn’t say anything and just went to the next customer. At that point I had been there for 3 hours, and was just ready to go.
I went for a relaxing enjoyable time, and had to ask the guy to put lotion on my feet (which it’s a pedicure, at least massages them a little), and got attitude about my nails. I should’ve read the reviews before I went. I’ve had worse nails, and my toes do look good, but it’s about the experience as well!! For $130 at that. I normally tip big, when it’s deserved, and still left $7. Just won’t be back.

Let's just start with how rude the employees were, I asked multiple times will you please shape my nails, I'm telling you I would never get the shape they are, and the lady was so rude telling me she's not finished, okay so I let her do what she was doing, still did not get the shape I wanted, never again. I've only had them a couple days broke a couple and the paint is coming off.

If I could rate 0 star I would. Worst experience ever, The owner has to be racist I do not recommend if you want to get yelled at or charged before you even get your nails done
I have never experienced this in my life !!! This place should be shut down.

Rude!! I felt singled out for being the only LGBT member there. I just wanted to get my nails done. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. You have just lost a very loyal customer. Racist af too. As a woman of color, they tried to charge me way too much for just nail polish.

If I could do a zero star I would, but I can only do a one star...if I could do a negative star that would be much better. Avoid at all cost!!!

Horrible customer service!
Yelling at a customer in her face is never ok especially when they were just asking a question.

My nail polish never dried. I finally removed it after 3 hours. 45 minutes after I left I was still in town so I went back and told them it wasn't drying. They wouldn't even look at it. Told me it would take an hour to dry because I chose red polish. I will not be back.

I don’t know what the problem is or could be.
I’ve been coming to this shop since I was 14-15 years old and seems the customer service gets worse every time I come.
I asked how much a pedicure would be she said $28 I asked how much for a solar with the pedicure she said $78, the price was steep yet I still showed respect.
BUT NEVERTHELESS her poor customer service came in when she told me to pick a color, she waved her finger nail file in a very rude and ugly way.
I had people looking up at me while I endured her poor treatment and customer service.
When the reality is when talking to a customer, a business owner is not supposed to talk to their customer loud and discuss the prices to me and try to understand what I’m saying from a distance, out of respect I feel a customer representative is supposed to walk over to me and understand what I need and talk to me like a human being.
I spoke to the owner about her mannerisms, she said the other customers didn’t feel that way which was once again poor customer service to me and very disrespectful because like I told her, the other customers have nothing to do with ME as a customer.
I was also the only Black person in the shop, and that made me feel stereotyped disregarded and disrespected and outcasted and I don’t appreciate that because don’t nobody get their nails done like a black woman does and will, which means ain’t nobody gone support that business like a black woman do!
But when you give poor customer services jack your prices up and treat me less than that makes me feel like you don’t appreciate my service and if I’m not
Appreciated I promise I won’t be back and I hope every self respecting woman is MINDFUL of this because this place is quick to point the finger and hide their hands from the stone marks.
EDIT ****** in response to the comment that was left under my review from this place of business***
I wrote that I FELT outcasted and there is no law against me as a Citizen of the United States and Customer saying the way I felt when I walked into an establishment. I never accused anybody of outcasting me. I stated the way I FELT which was out casted. Saying to me that you don’t take that topic lightly proves my sentiments exactly, I’ll explain later in this statement.
If you take a look at one review in particular, most likely one of the ones you didn’t respond to, someone else said they felt EMBARRASSED. And I would have to say the same, because talking to me about the prices and waving a finger nail file at the same time as you talk to the other customers in a different more polite tone is EMBARRASSING.
I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me but like I stated as a black woman and a woman of God at that (regardless of color, which is why I later spoke to self respecting women in my statement because we are all God’s children) I do not feel appreciated or even accepted after you telling me you don’t take what I said lightly (which again, was poor customer service and makes me feel like there is an issue I should be even more deeply concerned with). You also took what I said about feeling outcasted of context, because I never said you outcasted me I said how I felt.
To me, your response lacks responsibility and makes me feel unheard or even appreciated.
And as far as your limited staff, that is not an issue I can help you with. but what I can help you with is constructive feedback as a as an American Citizen and customer.
So thank you all the same!

I thought Nails by Rose was bad, but this place takes the cake! I went in for a full set and when I sat down and told the lady I wanted a French tip with the dip. She told me it would be $65 and I told her I've never paid that much for what I wanted. She told me to pick a color and when I told her how I wanted my nails shaped, she did the total opposite, meanwhile tlkg in Vietnamese behind my back with her partners. This place is low rent and nasty as hell! It needs to be shut down and this is the only time I've never given a tip!
