This post office is just horrendous. They are by far the slowest in handling and processing packages.

This and the Driver's License office in this town have to have the absolute worst customer service of any place I have ever seen! The clerks at the counter literally live to make their customers miserable! Dad, who is blind and needs help shipping a box needed a label to put on his box which is behind the counter, the clerk asked us to step back out of line so the next person could be helped. Something that would have taken 15 seconds! They literally let a customer in front of us run to their car to get something (while they laughed about her) and come back! This is why the Post Office is failing this country! No customer service whatsoever!

Very sorry delivery of mail on cr 4216, they never get mail here til about 3:30 pm and sometimes not til 6pm. Honest they are very over paid, and not professional at all. Hope it gets better, yall can always report the post office and post master to the federal government, I'll try this way first...

My PROBLEM WITH JACKSONVILLE TEXAS POST OFFICE IS THEY WILL NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGES TO MY APARTMENT. AFTER THEM LEAVING THEM AT THE LEASE OFF WHILE THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS ON VACATION TWO OF MY PACKAGES HAS BEEN STOLEN. I ASKED THEM TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES TO MY DOOR AND THE LADY SAID SINCE I HAD A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN UP SHE DIDNT DELIVER MY PACKAGES. I TOLD THEM IT SAYS DELIVER PACKAGES ANYWAY. IF THEY WOULD HAVE WALKED UP STAIRS THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN WHAT THE SIGN SAID. THEN THEY TOLD ME TO GO ONLINE AND TELL THEM INLINE IF I HAVE A PACKAGE COMING. IWENT ONLINE AND ME AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TRIED TO FIND AND SEE WHERE SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT BUT TO NO AVAIL. SO NOW I WAS TOLD IF I HAVE A PACKAGE COMING TO POST A SIGN ON THE BACK OF MY MAILBOX SO THE CARRIER CAN DELIVER IT TO MY DOOR I HAVE DONE THAT AND STILL MY PACKAGES WERE DELIVERED TO THE LEASE OFFICE. AND WILL CONTINUE TO FILE COMPLAINS UNTIL I GET MY PACKAGES DELIVERED TO MY APARTMENT DOOR AND NOT LEFT At THE LEASE OFFICE. THE PACKAGE I HAD NXT DAY DELIVERED SAT IN THE OFFICE ALL WEEKEND BECAUSE IT WAS DELIVERED ON A FRIDAY AND I DIDNT GET OFF UNTIL AFTER 5pm. SO I DIDNT HAVE A GIFT FOR THE PARTY BECAUSE IT WAS LEFT IN THE LEASE OFFICE AND NOT AT MY DOOR. I HAVE TRIED TO SPEAK WITH THE POST MASTER EVERYTIME I CALL THEY SAY HE/SHE IS IN A MEETING. I LEFT my name and number still haven't received a call bk from THE POSTMASTER. I spoke with a lady named KATHY AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AGAIN AFTER SPEAKING WITH HER SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. SHE BECAME RUDE AND SAID IF I WOULD NOT LET HER TALK SHE WAS HANGING UP AS I WAS STILL TRYING TO EXPLAIN KATHY HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE WHILE I WAS TALKING. I TRIEDTO CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE BUT NO ONE WOULD NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE SO I HAVE FIILED ANOTHER COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM UNTIL I GET THIS SITUATION RESOLVED OR TALK TO THE POST MASTER .. I WILL KEEP FILING COMPLAINS ALL I WANT IS MY PACKAGES DELIVERED TO MY DOOR ON THE DAY THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED NOT LEFT AT THE LEASE OFF OR ON TOP OF THE MAILBOXES AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. UPS & FEDEX DELIVER TO MY DOOR and other RESIDENTS DOORS. USPS DELIVER PACKAGES TO PEOPLES FRONT DOOR WHO HAVE HOMES. I PAY FOR PACKAGES TO BE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR NOT LEFT IN THE LEASE OFFICE ALL WEEKEND AND I CANT GET THEM.IF THEY HAD PACKAGES COMING AND PAID FOR NXT DAY DELIVERY THEY WOULD WANT THEM. And Not left somewhere ELSE..THIS IS PURE LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE..ALL I WANT IS MY PACKAGES DELIVERED TO MY DOOR.

I'm going to complain about something that has happened twice here at my house with my mail carrier the person that delivers the mail to my house has left bills that don't belong in this address and it has happened twice they really need to check addresses on envelopes before dropping them off at the wrong address

as of 5/17/24 my carrier said that my dogs were outside and wouldn’t deliver even though they were inside with me and my box hangs over on the outside of my fence therefore my dogs even if they were aggressive couldn’t get her
she’s a short asian lady or latina J-ville post office do better this isn’t the first time this has happened and maybe you she shouldn’t work for you if she can’t do her effing job

Them ups employee ladies cared more about gossiping than to help you. So if y'all want to know the gossip around town go to the post office . I don't know the black gentleman name but he was pretty helpful and very kind better than them 2 ladies supposedly working there . They need to fired them and get new employees .

Rude and unhelpful staff. Walked into the lobby and found 3 clerks, one man helping a customer and two women laughing and carrying on. I stood there for a minute before they bothered to notice me and one gestures to come over. I have two packages to drop off. She pushes one back to me and says “you have priority mail tape on this package and it’s going ground.” Doesn’t offer to help, or sell me regular packing tape even so I can proceed to mail out a package that cost me $75.00 to send out USPS Ground Advantage. Just says “you can’t do that.” Must have been good gossip if she wanted to get back to it that quickly. Won’t go there again. The staff in Troup is much more friendly and professional. A racket that they can’t even be bothered to offer a solution for such a simple oversight on my part.

SUPER RUDE!!Front Office workers were very kind and helpful looking for my package. I was then transfered to the manager and she was rude I did not get her name but she was not helpful at all looking for my package besides bieng rude!

The gentleman working the counter went out of his way to help me today. I didn’t know how to mail my auntie’s blood sugar monitor from Jacksonville to Seabrook express and with insurance. He wrapped it up with paper towels and tape to help protect the package and was clearly very kind. I only wish I could remember his name. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

I paid for my package to be delivered and the mailman marked it as not accessible to my address I went up there today to try and get it and since I moved back I havnt been able to get my address change on my id the lady at the counter wouldn’t let me get my package because I didn’t have an Id with my current address on it or a paper notice the notice was sent to my phone and she refuse to look at it.

Driver decided not to deliver my package claiming that the front door and driveway were inaccessible. These statements aren't true.I was home at the time in question and they never even tried to deliver my package.
