Rude and unhelpful staff. Walked into the lobby and found 3 clerks, one man helping a customer and two women laughing and carrying on. I stood there for a minute before they bothered to notice me and one gestures to come over. I have two packages to drop off. She pushes one back to me and says “you have priority mail tape on this package and it’s going ground.” Doesn’t offer to help, or sell me regular packing tape even so I can proceed to mail out a package that cost me $75.00 to send out USPS Ground Advantage. Just says “you can’t do that.” Must have been good gossip if she wanted to get back to it that quickly. Won’t go there again. The staff in Troup is much more friendly and professional. A racket that they can’t even be bothered to offer a solution for such a simple oversight on my part.

SUPER RUDE!!Front Office workers were very kind and helpful looking for my package. I was then transfered to the manager and she was rude I did not get her name but she was not helpful at all looking for my package besides bieng rude!

The gentleman working the counter went out of his way to help me today. I didn’t know how to mail my auntie’s blood sugar monitor from Jacksonville to Seabrook express and with insurance. He wrapped it up with paper towels and tape to help protect the package and was clearly very kind. I only wish I could remember his name. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

I paid for my package to be delivered and the mailman marked it as not accessible to my address I went up there today to try and get it and since I moved back I havnt been able to get my address change on my id the lady at the counter wouldn’t let me get my package because I didn’t have an Id with my current address on it or a paper notice the notice was sent to my phone and she refuse to look at it.

Driver decided not to deliver my package claiming that the front door and driveway were inaccessible. These statements aren't true.I was home at the time in question and they never even tried to deliver my package.

I HAVEN'T HAD NOR HAVE I EVER SEEN ANY RUDE EMPLOYEE EVER since I've been coming back here‼️ It's been a pleasant experience here as the employees were VERY nice, it's very accommodating in being VERY Helpful towards me, wheelchair ?? ?? accessible counter, wheelchair ?? ?? accessiblel parking ♿ & I've always helpful people that are coming in around offering to hold the door for me THANK YOU TO ALL Y'ALL WHO ARE STILL PEOPLE WHO'S SHOWING THAT THERE'S STILL ARE CARING PEOPLE & MAY GOD ?? BLESS Y'ALL❣️♥️

On May 7 I pay for package to be shipped from this Post Office to my home expected delivery date was May 13 However the package received on May 19 not in its original box. They stole the souvenirs Purchase doing this visit in the brand new suit my husband wore to his daughter's wedding the day before as he walked her down the aisle. We Receive another Box with the original Box inside retaped with missing merchandise clothing shoes And souvenirs. The reason I'm blaming this place is because this is where it started so any and every process from the beginning a purchase to the delivery Of what they brought to the house all should be responsible. This Post Office deserves no stars for their service.

I receive USPS alerts through text messaging. I constantly receive messages when I have ordered packages that my item has been delivered when in fact it has not. There has also been a time when my package was delivered to someone else's house. If my package has NOT been delivered, please do not scan it saying it has been.

Some of the rudest people that I have met work at the front desk. Several of them are consistently unfriendly and blatantly disrespectful. We use to ship several of our business packages USPS, but have since stopped due to employees' attitudes.I purchased a single stamp and the clerk at the countered laughed and joked with the other clerk that he guessed I "couldn't afford a book of stamps". Incredibly unprofessional and uncalled for.

Went to ship a package and got there according to my cellphone 3 minutes before closing. There was a gentleman at the counter being checked out, so I was next in line. As I walked to the counter the lady (she was standing to the side, not the one checking the gentleman out) closed the window in my face literally. So I was unable to ship my package that day. Even if I arrived at closing time you don’t just close a window in a customer’s face.
