I call it Satan's Lair. Virtually NO customer service. Always out of regular items and it takes them forever to reorder them. There are a few employees that are really nice and always say hi but there are never open checkout lines that are manned, especially at night. You can never find anyone who works in a dept. ( Except for electronics and they're always busy). If you make the mistake of calling, you're going to be switched around back and forth from department to department and back numerous times with no clear result
