  I opted to rent a storage unit online at Big Red Barn. There was a small issue when we arrived. Nancy was able to assist and resolve the complication the same day. She went out of her way to be helpful and professional. Nancy is excellent to work with and I highly recommend!

  I love how they will actually hear me out. There was a little misunderstanding while I was filling out some papers while I’m at work gave him a quick call. Explain what I wanted and she was more than happy to help me with that as well so I think you Sabrina so much for the help.

  Vatneese was very helpful and informative! I came in towards the end of the day looking to possibly rent a storage unit and she had no issue showing me the available units and pricing. I ended up leaving with a unit within a half hour! She also assured me the pest control issue mentioned in previous reviews has been acknowledged by the owner and they are working on the issue. Highly recommend!
