“Really happy with my experience here. They fixed some issues with my front bumper that another shop had messed up, and Addison was awesome to work with. Super cool guy, very straightforward, and he helped me deal with insurance and figure out the best option without spending a ton out of pocket. “I had a great experience with this repair shop and really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. They performed a diagnostic on my vehicle and determined that they believed the fuel pump was the issue. They told me they could repair it themselves, but they also made sure I knew there was a recall on the fuel pump and that the dealership should be able to repair it for free. They absolutely could have kept that information to themselves and charged me for the repair, so I was very impressed that they were upfront with me and pointed me toward the dealership instead. That kind of honesty goes a long way and really earned my respect. I also had a great experience while waiting for the tow truck to arrive. I had previously told the two ladies in the front office that I was waiting for a tow truck, but they had gone to lunch when another employee saw me sitting in my black SUV outside. When the tow truck arrived, he immediately came over in his truck to make sure everything was legitimate. I explained that my gray Honda Odyssey was the vehicle being picked up and that the front office could confirm it. He immediately understood, smiled, said no worries, and backed up. While it initially caught me off guard, I actually appreciated that he was paying attention and looking out for the vehicles on their lot. It showed me that they take their customers’ vehicles and the security of the property seriously. Overall, I was very impressed with the honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail from the staff. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a repair shop they can trust.”
