He did everything in his positionand to keep me in the loop . Things like progress reports and delays caused by shipping incorrect parts, ( out of thier control )He explained me the entire process, from start to completion. In the 20 days they had my car, they completed 2 separate claims and exceeded my expectations while also waiving 1/2 of my deductible on both claims. Their staff kept in touch and updated me on their progress and where they were in the repair process. Upon completion of my vehicle, the young lady went over all my paperwork and made sure i was satisfied with the work performed while making sure i knew that i had lifetime warranty on the parts and labor the shop completed. Great shop, worth the 45 min drive. I will use them again the future.”
