I like this place a lot and will always go here over mega corporation auto parts stores. However, you always pay the price choosing smaller companies. Parts are almost always more expensive here.

It’s a nice auto parts shop in the area! It’s nice to have an auto shop like this. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was looking for a specific clip for my car and he was honest and told me he didn’t have it instead of giving me the wrong ones. I like supporting small nice business like that. I’ll be back for other auto parts in the future! Cheers 🥂

Dave at Eagle Auto Parts in Jarrell was a great help with testing my battery and finding a replacement. Dave was knowledgeable, friendly, and had great customer service (A LONG LOST ART). I was able to find everything I needed, and Dave was able to point me in the right direction for all my other needs.

Awful! Went in to pick up a valve for my car. As soon as we walked in there was an employee sucking on a pacifier.. a grown woman… what in the world? Then my husband asked for the part & one of the employees brought out two different parts and said “here’s two but idk which one will fit the car”….. we gave the make & model but you can’t tell me which part fits my car!? isn’t that your job?? My husband said ok let me go check under the hood real quick to see & the employee goes “well we close at 7”. The WORST customer service i’ve ever seen. Will be using O Reilly from now on in Jarrell.

Bad business on this location bought a relay wasn’t rite one they told me it was installed and never touched a installation sold me open box before I purchased after I ask then was it sealed up and they said would have a issue boy was I wrong didn’t even want to return. I stick to other sources. Now on last resort place beware don’t buy they products ELECTRIC if not sealed..

This is a great store to do business with, the staff will go obove expectations to satisfy customers. If they can't find it in their organization they will reach out to competitors and assure customers will leave knowing staff has gone above expectations. The staff here is under awesome management, two thumbs up for the young lady building an awesome team ,, Definitely going back and highly recommend it

Walked into the store needing a specific auto part and the knowledgeable team their helped order specific parts for a 2000 impala and the manager their also jumped in the conversation and vibe in the store was super positive and had a great experience.
