Well i was hoping this was not the review i had to write. Jennifer is such a sweet soul but we were sold a lemon. The car was working perfectly fine and it ran nice and it was our day to day car as me and my boyfriend both used it.. It has been officially 6 months and the car is so extremly messed up and I had no idea. I need a new transmission, rotors, calipers, Ac, Plugs, brakelines, and new coils.. I was 8 months pregnant when sold the car and knowing i was about to have a baby yet i was sold a Horrible horrible car. Amen it did not breakdown in the middle of the road But it turned off at the gas station and that Is all i need. PLEASE PLEASE make sure you CHECK THE CAR OUT by a PROFESSIONAL and make sure you do not get sold a lemon like my family and I.

I am a single mother that on disability I decided to get a car from here and it was the wrong place to go first day it was the Cadillac converter shorty after that car a another problem with the car after I got a mechanic to look at it he told me that they had Nager rigged, the ACA to runoff the radiator fan so now I have no ac in this type of weather then the transmission was leaking they where able to put a new fuse to fix the light from coming on smh if you’re looking for a car, please do not buy from here

I know every dealership has different rules, but If I can test drive an 80k Mercedes Benz I should be able to test drive a 6k 90s vette with 200 hp.. I shouldnt have to prove i can afford one when my car cost more than the three vettes on the lot combined

bought a car never told me there was a big problem with it and broke down the next day.**I believe this was posted by my daughter. There was a car purchased there on 8/13/22, and it broke down at the Round Rock Premium Outlet mall on 8/14/22. I hope this car was picked up by Jarrell Auto Sales, and the problem was fixed or is currently being fixed. A vehicle breaking down within 24 hrs after driving off the lot, is really not a good sign of how the dealership conducts business.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!He deleted my review so I'll gladly add it back I was stranded on the side of the road Monday may 10,2021 with a flat tire I have a bmw so I have run flat tires with a tire fix kit no spare looked up 24 hour tire shops and found jerrell auto service google had the hours of operation to be 24 hours I called the number listed 3x before calling back the 4th time when the owner then turned the phone off it was then going to voicemail I do not ever recommend this place to anyone
