What a great experience I had with this business. I went in for an estimate, they got back to me within an hour. They ordered the part, it was here the next day, they got me in the next day and was fixed with in an hour. The bracket holding the front side panel had broke. I started the process on Monday my car was fixed by Friday. That’s what I call service. The representative even brought my car back to my house so I wouldn’t have to walk. It was only about block but still. Outstanding customer service. I wish I could leave 100 stars.

I just wanna say if you are looking for an auto body collision repair shop this is definitely the one you wanna come to .. ADDISON is very friendly and Kept me in the loop on EVERY step they did .. They called me which is VERY DIFFERENT than other shops that NEVER CALL YOU BACK!! Service was quick and I will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone and anyone that needs good friendly service …. Thank you Addison for going the extra mile that is definitely what good customer service is All about !!!????May God Bless you Always in Jesus name!

July 2024. Wife and I stopped by to get some work done on the vehicle. Was told there was nobody to give us an estimate by a nice gentleman from the shop. He took down our information and said he would pass it on to the front office which was out for the rest of the day. A week went by and nobody got in touch with us so my wife called and asked if they had the estimate and they had no Information on us so my wife gave the information to the front office and they asked her to take pictures of the damage and send it over which she did it’s August 31, 2024 and they never got back to us. Seems weird to me that they would not want the business of some people.

I recently took my 2024 Yukon Denali to Lu & Adi’s Collision Center to have the grille bezel replaced with an aftermarket black one. From start to finish, their service exceeded my expectations. Despite the tight timeframe, they went above and beyond to complete the job on time without compromising quality. They kept me informed throughout the process, offering clear communication and transparency about both the timeline and cost, which was very reasonable. I recently brought my Honda Civic to Lu & Adi, and I’m beyond happy with the results. The whole process was super smooth, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. They took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
When I got my car back, it looked better than brand new! They even cleaned it up inside and out, which was such a nice touch. The repairs were done quicker than I expected, and the price was exactly what they said it would be—no surprises.

Well, it's been almost a month since work was completed on my vehicle. I rarely do reviews, but when I do, I like to take my time to thoroughly process the entire experience.
BEN: What an amazing individual! THANK YOU Ben, for not only making this THE BEST experience pertaining to customer service, but also for your sincere, genuine and caring deamenor and professionalism, and your impeccable and 2nd to none communication. From day one you made me feel like I and my vehicle were the absolute #1 priority, and this was consistent through the day I received my vehicle back. I truly cannot praise you enough for taking such good care of me and my car! I hope your company is aware of how priceless and golden you are.
ADI: Thank you for always standing behind Ben and in the ethics of your company. The way Ben handled everything makes it apparent that he has a superb, strenghtful backing and foundation in the company he works for. Kudos to you for running a great company!
MY LEXUS: 10 stars in my opinion of the final quality of completed craftsmanship of the team! I am exceptionally pleased with the final product after suffering an auto collision. Also, IDK what y'all did, but not only is the body exceptional, but my engine has increased a whole other level of power and gumpf I had not experienced before.....and my gas mileage has improved! I'm loving it...so thk y'all!
NOTE: Adi & Ben also arranged to personally deliver my vehicle back to me when it was completed which is a 30-40 minute drive. Now THAT's true customer service!

They helped me out with my C6 Corvette when other places didn’t work on fiber glass.. They keep you in the loop the whole way through and was very impressed. Even when new things popped up they let me know no matter how little it was. If you need a repair use them! Thank you for helping me!!

I took my vehicle to this shop for an estimate, I asked if I could leave my car here since my insurance company approved me to take it to a shop. They sent photos and the estimate to me and my insurance. My insurance sent their estimate as a total loss. I went to pick up my vehicle since i was not going to fight my insurance nor my state for this matter. the shop charged me $350 for admin, at no point did they tell me about the admin fee or any type of fee. to my understanding estimates were free. So for others, do not leave your car in this shop, just let them take photos of your vehicle and drive your vehicle home and wait for both estimates. I am not rating this shop for repairs and just rating them for customer service.
