“The first time I moved to Jarrell, I had encountered a postal worker that was very rude when I went in to get my box keys. I had not been back to this location for 2 years. Today I needed to mail something out and decided to take my chances and go. Completely different experience. They seemed to be a bit short handed but this rep was nice and patient. I made a mistake in my package and she patiently helped me. Hopefully, this was not a rare experience anymore. Thank you.”

“After several attempts of asking the Post Office to add our address to the mail route, they were finally able to do it. I could tell the staff was genuine in wanting to solve our issue and they were always prompt with having our mail ready for pickup when we stopped by. Yes, they are short staffed which can lead to long lines and not being able to answer the phone. But I don’t believe that is the staffs fault as they all seem very kind. Thanks for showing up to work!”
