When we rented our storage facility it was very clean and we had a lock inside the unit as well as a koozie. I have had no negative experiences while here. I am notified every month prior to my payment being withdrawn from my acct. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

I had a great experience with Sonterra Self Storage! I was able to make a quick call and everything was arranged, with a short email follow-up. We were able to start moving things the very next day. The space came with a lock, which I was able to keep at the end. They have both standard and temperature controlled spaces, which was very nice. We had the space for about 9 months, while we sold our home and moved into the new one. we filled it, and emptied it, at our leisure, much more convenient than a one-day mover. I highly recommended them.
