Worst experience. I have over 12 vehicles. And just wanted a simple stripe on a 1969 chevelle. I had it painted candy blue... took it to wrap genius and he told my painter that he could do it and was not an issue. Had my car for over 1.5 months and still didn't do it right. Even his workers said he knew it was wrong and that's why on pick up day he wasn't around. Plus the workers wanted to do it the right way but the owner told them no.. stripes were the wrong color then tooooo short and actually try to have us pick it up like it. I would not recommend him to wrap a toy bike

What's more important than getting the job done right, is what a company does when the job is not originally done up-to-par. Before you read the facts, let me tell you that I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to anyone. It comes down to honesty, integrity and customer service. Now for the facts:I have a 12" WIDE Vinyl wrap stripe across the bottom of my 2017 Ford 350 truck. It was installed out of state 5 years ago. A person in a parking lot opened their door and put a large nick in the wrap. Josh, the owner at Wrap Genius, gave me a reasonable price to install a new piece of my material, which I purchased from Amazon. The installer was supposed to remove the old wrap and install the new wrap. Instead, he applied the new wrap overtop of the old wrap and the original nick created a bump under the new wrap. Yup! the installer messed up.Every business in the world has good employees and bad employees. Unfortunately, bad employees are not identified until they take shortcuts or mess up. But here's where Wrap Genius created a repeat customer.I called Josh and explained the problem with installation of my piece of vinyl wrap and provided pictures. Over the phone, Josh immediately agreed that the installer cut corners and took responsibility for making it right. I provided him with the source to obtain another piece of vinyl and he ordered a replacement piece and installed it in short-order. It looks great!!! BTW - The installer who cut corners no longer works there.So, you could go elsewhere if you want, but people who own companies can't watch every detail a worker is doing to stop errors from occurring. But great companies, like Wrap Genius, know what to do when things do go wrong. They take responsibility and correct the problem quickly. I will take this level of service and commitment over any company who claims to get it right every time; because as long as you have humans doing the work, mistakes happen. And it's what happens afterward that determines if you are dealing with a great company. Josh.... I will be back when I need good work done again. Thank you for being ethical and honest!

From start to finish Josh and the crew a Wrap Genius have been great! Our trailer turned out better than I exepcted. The amount of attention to detail on the wrap was impressive. I know where my next wrap is being done!

Josh and his team were EXTREMELY prompt in responding to questions/emails/pjone calls during the entire cycle of pricing, designing and installation our trailer wrap. The install was very well done, all attention to detail was high level. Highly recommend Wrap Genius!

I heard about Wrap Genius from a friend. I made an appointment and went to see them. They told me it would take 2 hours to complete. I went there the following week and the guys were really friendly and professional and it took them exactly 2 hours to complete the job. What Brilliant work the did . I will be recommending this company to all my friends. Good job ,Well done.

I just recently had my trailer wrapped for the 2nd time by Josh and his guys. There’s a reason I came back to them and it’s because they do GREAT work. The fast communication and flexibility they have only add to the fact that using them was a no brainer for me. They helped me out big time with a very quick turnaround on short notice…can’t say enough good things about Wrap Genius!

We were treated like their very best customer from the moment they picked up the phone! The Wrap Genius took expert care of the vehicle graphics removal on one of our commercial vans and added high quality graphics to a new vehicle as well. The turnaround time on everything was stellar, the communication and service were top-notch, and the final installation looks awesome. They even offered some creative ideas to improve our design that we are considering for the future. Highly recommend this company to any Central Texas area business looking for a professional vehicle wrap.

Josh and the team at Wrap Genius did an amazing job wrapping the roof of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! They had excellent communication throughout the enter process, were very reasonably priced, and the finished product looks fantastic! I could not have asked for a better experience!
