Will NEVER order from them again. Ordered a washing machine. After 3 weeks and 4 calls later, they tell me they will schedule it for Delivery. Even though I chose delivery on the website so should have been scheduled weeks ago. I called 4 times and Boone would ever call me back.Canceled my order and will go else where.

Been with Aaron’s for almost 10 years now and bought a lot of stuff from them enough to become a gold member they have never had a problem with getting money from me or any issue with but but since this year dealing with them in the store they been super disrespectful and acted like there better than anyone and went in on the 16th to buy an new bedroom set and mattress and the manager couldn’t even take 5 min to talk with me because he was done for the day waited for 49 min to talk to him after driving an hour away to purchase the bedroom set finally had enough and transferred out of there location

We have been customers of Aaron’s since October of 2022 with no issues until they went under new management in July 2024. I would not even give them one star. They harass us if our payment is a day late. They stalk my house & the guy that comes to knock on doors makes me very uncomfortable. He tried to block me from going in my house when they saw me outside. They call my phone 12+ times a day & they refinanced my refrigerator without my permission. Since new ownership, this place is horrible! My merchandise was almost paid off but I would rather them have it back than me have to deal with them! 0 out of 5 stars! Terrible customer service!!!!!

We had a bump in the road with one of the employees but Jeff. God sent . He completely handled everything so prompt beyond helpful . And even made my delivery date sooner than I was told . I highly recommend going to Jasper Aaron's for your financial furniture needs. Thank you Jeff

I ask to speak to a manager for 3 days straight Rhonda kept telling me they wasn't available I called back today Rhonda answered the phone I ask to speak to the manager she informed me she was the manager...ok well why didn't you claim to be the manager the 3 other times I called ...so I don't know if she's claiming to be the manager or she's lying

I would not even give them any type of star since the new people started working at this location.... our freezer at the bottom of our fridge went out and they say they have no one to drive a truck to come out and replace it or try to fix it then they tell us o we will have people by end of the week and still no one coustmer service don't help you or anything I bet if you told them you wasn't paying no more they would have a truck driver real quick or that it is out side waiting on them they need to get better people in there jasper location

New rule of putting you in a tier that determine whether you can take product home!! I’ve bout about 4K worth of stuff from here and taken it all home and I can’t take my own stuff home! Just plain ignorant. Will go somewhere else in the future. Lost a customer for sure.
