Your Customer service is incompetent. Because of your new tank monitor I ran out of fuel had to replace everything in my fridge and deep freeze and replace the fridge and deep freeze. You cost me thousands of dollars. I called for two weeks to try to get a technician to come out and tell me why the gauge read 60 percent but my tank was empty, your stupid customer service was absolutely terrible scheduling safety checks that you charged me $900 for. ASAP I am changing propane suppliers.

Original order last September with a discount code was not fulfilled and when the order was finally recently completed, my cost was significantly higher. Finding someone whom understands and speaks English is next to impossible. Very disappointed with Amerigas and will seek alternatives when needed.

YOUR COMPANY NEVER REPLIES TO EMAILS, EVEN TO SCHEDULE A DATE TO COME OUT FOR SERVICE. I GET CHARGED 91 DOLLARS FOR A NON-EXSISTING FILL UP, OF WHICH I STILL NEED. HAVEN'T SEEN A DELIVERY TRUCK IN OVER 8 MONTHS. I ASKED FOR A SMALLER TRUCK FOR SERVICE SO THAT THE HEAVIER TRUCKS DON'T SINK IN MY YARD , BUT NEVER SEEN YOUR COMPANY SINCE. OVERALL RATING = YOU SUCK.

Amerigas has gotten too big for their britches and try to screw their customers every which way. We are shopping around and will drop Amerigas ASAP.

Very frustrating process just to get my first order. (Almost a month) . Making a call was never less than a 20 minute wait time and as much as 45 minutes before ever talking to anyone. Each person tried, but answers were different each time. The only positive was the service man who was pleasant and worked quickly to resolve an issue.

Delivery driver was very nice, no issues whatsoever. I am very pleased with the service so far. He also gave me some pointers as to keeping my Gas tank clean and ranked from underneath it to prevent rusting.

I'm very unhappy with this company, told 1 price over the phone and nothing about a survey fee, they come to look at our situation and there was a dispatch fee plus a survey fee, install price was not the same as I was quoted over the phone. I left a message for them to call back twice. No one has called and they also were a no show on the original day they said they would be out plus another no show on day of supposed tank set! I called back the number and got a VM! Bad vibes about this company! Think I will look elsewhere !
