Zero help or accountability. Theresa is a horrible manager and did nothing to resolve the issue instead chose to escalate things making it worse. Very bad look for AT&T not that they needed anymore help corporate is already a pain.

🌟 Exceptional Service from Bree
- Bree was incredibly helpful throughout our visit.
- She ensured everything was taken care of for us, including all the exchanges and clarifying our options. We had to return two iPads and two smart watches because we didn’t know the total costs associated with these purchases. I think Caleb just saw money signs when seeing us walk in and thought we would just pay for this all and not care about all the fees and costs. I would come back to this store for service only if Bree is there and I can work with her again.
- Her attentiveness made our experience smooth and pain free
- Caleb seemed more focused on his Pokémon card delivery than assisting us. We said we were happy for him for getting the delivery that he had been waiting on and although we weren’t really in a hurry, it did seem as though he was more interested in looking at his cards, than finishing our transactions, which took a long time. I didn’t like the fact that I felt like we weren’t fully informed about all the promotions and all the costs associated with those promotions
- He attempted to upsell us on various products without informing us about promotions or costs.
- When we returned To just check and make sure that all the money has been returned back to our cards and everything was finished , he misrepresented the situation to other employees as we were walking inside the store , claiming he had informed us about all fees and costs(check the cameras in your store if you really want the whole situation ) he most certainly did not. And he kept talking about how much commission he was going to make which is fine whatever but that’s not very professional in my opinion.
- Bree deserves recognition for her excellent customer service skills.
- Her professionalism contrasts sharply with Caleb's lack of focus.
- Bree should definitely receive a raise for her amazing work!
Despite the hiccup with Caleb, Bree's outstanding service made our visit worthwhile. Thank you, Bree, for your dedication! 🌟

Our son was at a college fishing tournament and needed a new phone. Bri went above and beyond to help us. She was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cared about helping us. We really appreciate the exceptional service! Shout out to Bri, thank you!

I am beyond frustrated with the experience we had at this AT&T location. We came in around 6:45 PM to return a phone within the 14-day window. My husband had broken his old phone but got it fixed, so we no longer needed the iPhone 16 Pro. Simple enough, right? Apparently not.
As soon as we walked in, Caleb — who was already helping another customer — asked what we were there for. We told him we needed to do a return and trade-in. Instead of assisting or even showing a basic level of customer service, he immediately asked if we could “come back tomorrow” because they close at 8. I told him I was having gallbladder surgery the next day and couldn’t just come back, but he didn’t seem to care. His tone was irritated, and he mentioned he was “waiting on someone’s daughter to come back and pay” but didn’t know when that would be.
We waited anyway — because we had to get this handled. When Caleb finally got to us, he moved at a snail’s pace, constantly talking about random things instead of focusing on the transaction. What should’ve taken 10 minutes dragged out unnecessarily because he simply wasn’t in any rush.
At no point did he ask if we wanted to opt out of Next Up, explain what he was doing, or confirm the details of the return. By 7:45, the store was about to close, and he basically ended the interaction without properly finishing what needed to be done. Then, as we were walking out, he complained about having to do “closing procedures.” Maybe if he’d actually processed our return instead of wasting time, he wouldn’t have had to stay late.
Now we’re stuck with our next up removed from the phone that we needed it on, still owe $833 on a phone that we now can’t trade in and are being bounced back and forth with no resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. AT&T is a major corporation — customers shouldn’t have to deal with lazy, unprofessional employees who can’t handle a simple transaction or communicate properly. I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for years, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering that.
Do better. Train your employees. Fix this mess.

Bri was most definitely a tremendous help to us today. She not only made our experience the best she even saved my grandfather money on his plan every month! She does more than asked to make sure everything was taken care before we left the store. She knows her job better than any AT&T customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with! She definitely deserves the best!!

Caleb has NO CLUE WHAT HE IS DOING and really needs better training!
He made me drive 3 hours when my brother could have traded his device in without me being there. I drove all the way to Jasper came and met Bree and found out that I didn’t even need to be there. I would give her five stars, but I’m truly disappointed that I had to waste gas and time to come back when it was not necessary. Somebody help that boy.

Bri is amazing but I did have this one guy named Caleb he took forever to do anything and head was all over the place trying to sell personal items at AT&T and on top of that proceeded to constantly dig in his nose while working with me and my wife while getting our phone ready felt like it took longer then needed and was constantly calling for help AT&T is great just he was not very professional

My wife and I had a very disappointing experience with Caleb while trying to add her to my plan and order a phone. He seemed unsure of what he was doing, repeatedly leaving to ask the manager for help. On top of that, he kept trying to sell a phone case he pitched and didn’t like as well spoke negatively about the color my wife chose for her phone. The most unprofessional part, though, was him picking his nose as if it were just normal workplace behavior. My wife was so uncomfortable that we left.
I had to return the next day to resolve everything with the manager. I was relieved to find Bri there when I picked up my wife’s phone. She is hands-down the best! She not only helped me get my wife’s phone set up properly but also managed to assist about seven other customers at the same time—all by herself. Truly a multitasking queen.
